Welcome to your stylish 2-bedroom retreat in one of Playa del Carmen’s most modern residential towers. Designed for comfort and convenience, the apartment features:

We provide a complimentary welcome kit with toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener & bottled water. These items are not restocked during the stay.



To maintain quality for all guests, daily cleaning is not included, but you can request cleaning or a change of linens/towels for an additional cost.



Guest Access:

To enter the property, guests must register at reception and present their IDs.

The building uses a biometric access system (fingerprint or facial recognition). This registration is required to enter the building, and by booking you acknowledge and accept this procedure. No refunds apply if you decline to complete the biometrics process at check-in.

- Two complimentary toilet paper rolls per stay.

- One set of bed linens and towels included. Additional sets available at extra cost.

- For stays 28 nights or longer, electricity is charged separately based on meter readings.

- For stays over 7 nights, a weekly mandatory linen change applies (additional cost).

- Building security uses cameras in common areas only — never inside the apartment.

- If you require the use of the sofa bed, please inform us in advance—by 4:00 PM on the day of check-in—so that we can provide the necessary bedding. If you notify us after this time, we cannot guarantee same-day delivery. Please keep this in mind to ensure you have the best possible experience at our accommodation.



The building has two swimming pools: one on the ground floor, family-friendly and suitable for children, and another on the rooftop, exclusively for those over 16 years of age; we appreciate you taking this into account when booking.
