The Space:

This penthouse features a king bed, two double beds, and a sofa bed. Enjoy a private rooftop with a pool, solarium, BBQ, and dining table. The apartment includes high-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room for your entertainment.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire penthouse, including all amenities and private rooftop features. Please note that the hours for common areas may vary, and it is important to respect the building rules, especially regarding closing times. Enjoy complete privacy and the convenience of exclusive use of the space during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Playa del Carmen Diamond Zone in Coco Beach, two blocks from the best beach club and 5th Avenue.



Getting Around:

There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, including Salento, The Pitted Date (vegan), Ojo de Agua, La Cueva del Chango, Pizza Piola, and La Vagabunda. There’s also a 7-Eleven just 50 meters away.



Other Things to Note:

To improve your arrival experience, we offer a free welcome kit that includes toilet paper, trash bags for the bins, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener and bottled water. These items will not be replenished and guests are encouraged to purchase them locally if needed.



We provide salt, oil and pepper on request, which must be placed before 5:00 PM.



For your convenience, sheets and towels can be changed for an additional fee (same applies for full maid service). Daily cleaning is not included in the rental price. Just let us know 24 hours in advance to schedule our cleaning services.



If you require the sofa bed, please inform us in advance—by 4:00 PM on the day of check-in—so we can provide the necessary linens. If you notify us after this time, we cannot guarantee same-day delivery.

Please keep this in mind to ensure you have the best possible experience at our accommodation.



We want to provide all our guests with quality bedding and towels, so take good care of them and do not use them to clean the floor or remove makeup to avoid additional charges.



Travel crib available: prior request required



We offer travel cots for 15USD per stay, including mattress, linens and blanket. Availability is limited and must be requested before your arrival. Please be sure to receive our confirmation after the request is made. Contact us in advance to ensure a crib for your little one.
