Nestled in the Ozark Mountains of northwest Arkansas, this mountain house is designed for families, friends, and small groups who want time together in a calm, natural setting.

With comfortable shared spaces, flexible sleeping arrangements, and a peaceful backdrop, the home makes it easy to slow down, unwind, and enjoy being together.

The Space
The house comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, with the option to accommodate larger groups (up to 16) by prior approval and an additional fee.

Bedroom layout:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed and twin bunk bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed and twin bunk bed
Bedroom 3: Queen bed and two twin bunk beds
Bedroom 4: Triple twin bunk bed and a small workspace

This setup works well for families and groups with a mix of adults and kids.

The home also includes:
Two full bathrooms
A fully equipped kitchen with ample prep space
A dining area with seating for 8 indoors
Additional dining tables on the outdoor deck

Comfortable living spaces for games, conversation, and downtime

Amenities & Comfort
The home includes Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and thoughtful climate control throughout. The first floor has central heating and air conditioning, while the second-floor bedrooms and mezzanine are served by mini-split systems for individual comfort. A pellet stove provides added warmth and ambiance during cooler months.

Bedroom 4 includes a work-friendly space, making the home suitable for longer stays or remote work.

A Thoughtfully Cared-For Home
This is a privately owned and well-loved home, and we ask guests to treat it with care during their stay.

The home operates on a private water and septic system. Normal, everyday water use is perfectly fine, and most guests have no issues at all. We simply ask that guests stay within approved occupancy and be mindful with water use so everything continues to function smoothly.

Larger groups must be approved in advance to ensure the home remains comfortable for everyone.

Located in the Ozark Mountains of northwest Arkansas, the home is within driving distance of Sam’s Throne and the Buffalo National River, offering access to hiking, climbing, and scenic river recreation.
