Secluded property on the water
This architect's former 2 bedroom dream home is in authentic mid century modern style. Built into the hillside in an acre of beautiful green sloping gardens to make the most of 90 degrees of harbour views. A verandah runs the length of the very large living/dining room. Three separate private outdoor seating areas to choose sun or shade. You can tell musicians live here - there is a grand piano in the living room and another upright piano in the studio entrance hall on a lower level.

Wonderful guests! Extremely respectful. Our dog is not usually on the property but they made friends with him. The cleaners remarked there was not much to do after they checked out which was lovely!
