THE COTTAGE
Situated right on Lake Michigan, nestled near the end of a private drive with mesmerizing views. The modern cottage features an updated kitchen and center island that opens to the living room with gas fireplace. Both spaces offer sliding doors that lead to an expansive composite deck with dining and lounge spaces complete with umbrellas and an electric awning. There is a main floor primary suite with attached full bath, additional half bath, and office space. The spiral staircase leads to another bedroom, sleeping loft, and full bath. The entry level basement offers another full bath, laundry, storage space for beach toys, and a ping pong table.
PRIVATE BEACH
From the deck, take just 28 steps down to 70 feet of private sandy beach where you have two kayaks to enjoy the lake. Listen to the waves crash while you relax in the beach chairs, read a book, or take walk at sunset.
