The house was spacious and exceptionally clean. It was in a good area easily accessible to various stores. The host was very responsive. We have already recommended the house to others and will book again.

Coffee pot had coffee grounds with mold in it. We had brought biscuits and food to warm in the oven, turned the oven on and smoke started rolling out of the oven. We tried to open window in living room and the top window dropped down had to open the front and back doorsIn the living room there was a huge chunk of the wood floor missing (1 1/2 inch by 7-8 inches)The grill you couldn’t use, the back deck needs replacedThe couch had a rip in it. We killed at least 8 spiders the first day within a few hours of being there several climbing down the wall, one of the bed, and we do not like spidersThe host was good , beds were good, the shower had great pressure, and hot water. The location was good for college graduation. Price was good .

I sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered. The home had been vacant for approximately 15 days prior to your arrival, and while it was professionally cleaned before your stay, our cleaning team unfortunately missed emptying the coffee grounds from the coffee maker. As soon as this was brought to my attention, I addressed it with the cleaners to ensure it does not happen again. Regarding the oven, there was evidently a spill from a previous use that I was unaware of, which caused the smoke when the oven was turned on. I have since thoroughly cleaned the oven to prevent future guests from experiencing this issue. I also understand your concerns about the spiders. The property is regularly treated by a professional pest control service, but following your feedback I scheduled an additional treatment to further reduce spider activity around the home. I appreciate you bringing these items to my attention, as guest feedback helps me continue improving the property. Thank you again for staying with us, and congratulations on the college graduation that brought you to the area

The Host was always there to answer questions. The house was very clean and well kept. The only thing that I would say is that the back deck landscaping was over grown on the deck. I would recommend this place to all.
