This Villa is located only a few walking minutes away from the white sandy beach in a well maintained complex. In the livingroom of about 50 m2 you will find a stereo installation, tv-set, kitchen and a generous eating corner. On the from the outside invisible Patio you find a private pool, teakwood chairs an table, sunchairs and a sunscreen. Through the Patio you reach the sleeping part of the Villa with 2 bedrooms (2 singel beds and 1 double bed) and a bathroom. The generous bathroom with daylight contains a shower, toilet and bidet. Through the Patio you reach as well the big sunningterass with fantastic seaview on the bay of Costa Calma. A good place for having a nice diner and to start or end the day in a comfortable way.


Ideal holiday location: In the Costa Calma you find a lot of shopping posebilities. Good resaurants, various carrental companies, a lot of sporting and freetime options.

Perfect home

This was the perfect home for our first stay in Fuerte Ventura. It is nicely equipped and very cozy. The location seems to be one of the best on the Island. We are looking forward to our mext stay, than maybe with the kids, too.

Awesome private Appartement for our Honeymoon

We loved our stay, very friendly people, great location, very close to the beautiful beaches. The pool is very private. The house has all the necessities you need. They even have a safe and key for your valuables. We would definitely recommend it❤️

Needs improvement

I feel bad writing this as I seem in the minority looking at other reviews but, we found the property to be somewhat disappointing. The pictures make the property look incredible but, what they don’t portray is the fact that the property is quite noisy at times with it being on the ground floor opposite the Pájara Beach Hotel. We hadn’t anticipated that delivery lorries would start their deliveries quite so early and because you have to leave the doors open to allow air flow, you can hear them and if you’re a light sleeper, you will be disturbed. You have to leave the doors open for air flow because there is no air conditioning. We stayed in a cooler month and even then we were far too hot at night. The provided duvets were much too hot and we had to take the covers off and just sleep under those. The stains on the duvets when I took the covers off weren’t good either. The pillows are the foam types and again are too hot and uncomfortable. The bedding needs updating as it just isn’t cool and comfortable for a hot climate. The beds themselves are also not very comfortable. The whole 8 nights there I awoke most mornings at about 5am as I was too uncomfortable and hot.

We are sorry for this experience. Unfortunately you did not mention anything of this wenn we met and asked you if all was ok. Anyway we will check and improve duvets and bedding. We have fans wich we provide to clients if they need it. These would have been available for you as well.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub und deswegen die wenige „negative“ Kritik vorweg. Nach meinem Verständnis ist das Haus ein sehr schönes Reihenhaus in der benannten Anlage. Ich hatte bei der Beschreibung „Villa und Bungalow“ etwas freistehendes erwartet. Und der Meerblick ist nur nach links möglich, da auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite ein großes Hotel thront. Das alles war aber kein Problem. Jedes Zurückkommen von Ausflügen sowie das Aufwachen mit dem Ausblick auf den Himmel und den Innenhof war grandios. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, die Verwalter sehr freundlich. Zu diesen hatte ich aber nur bei Antreffen und Abreise Kontakt, da es nichts zu mäkeln gab. Costa Calma ist nicht gerade das Highlight der Insel, aber die Strände sind genial, ein Ausflug zur Westküste mit den höheren Wellen schnell gemacht. Insgesamt fantastisch.

Wunderbare Zeit

Das Haus war für meine Teenage- Tochter und mich perfekt. Der Wechsel von Baden im Meer oder im Pool war phantastisch, ebenso Entspannen und Arbeiten auf der Terrasse. WLAN funktioniert gut. Alles sehr sauber und genau richtig beschrieben.

Tolles Haus in toller Lage

Tolles Haus es fehlt an nichts. Sehr netter Empfang durch Herrn Boermann und auch während des Aufenthalts könnte man sich immer an ihn und seine Frau wenden. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig und alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Strand ein traum.wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Sehr schönes Haus

Schönes Haus für 2 Erwachsene (und maximal 2 kleine Kinder, die sich ein Zimmer teilen). Der Pool ist nicht geheizt und somit recht kühl. Inventar war vollständig vorhanden, es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Besser geht nicht…

Um es auf den Punkt zu bringen: wir haben uns in den gebuchten fünf Wochen so wohl gefühlt, dass wir für dies Jahr Dezember gleich sechs Wochen gebucht haben. Der Pool ist ungeheizt und dass stört überhaupt nicht. Ja, gegenüber befindet sich ein Hotel und dort fahren Busse tatsächlich auch an und ab. Und auch das stört überhaupt nicht. Perfekter Ort für Work Life Balance. Meine Frau hat das Manuskript für ihr neues Kinderbuch fertiggestellt. Und ich habe an vielen Abenden an meinem neuen Krimi arbeiten können. Der Aufenthalt in der Villa war uns Energiequelle und Wohlfühlort. Fuerteventura und der nahegelegene Strand, mit den täglichen Baden im wunderbar klaren und türkis-blauen Meer war fantastisch belebend und inspirierend. Zum ersten Mal haben wir einen Urlaubsort so widerwillig verlassen. Aber bald sind wir wieder da. Und diesmal bringen wir unser eigenes Mückennetz mit. Und zwar ein großes!! Ganz wichtig auch sind winddichte und leichte Windbreaker - unverzichtbar! Wir freuen uns auf Dezember 23

Tolles Reihenhaus

Wir haben uns das Reihenhaus an der Costa Calma für eine Woche im Oktober gemietet. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Haus war sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet. Vom Haus aus ist alles Fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder !

Toller Urlaub!

Das Apartment ist wunderschön und einfach perfekt. Tolle, windgeschützte Terrasse mit privatem Pool unten und Sonnenterrasse auf dem Dach. Super schön eingerichtet und man ist wirklich ganz für sich. Nahe zum Strand, Supermarkt und Restaurants gelegen. Einziger Minuspunkt ist, dass man die Busse, die regelmäßig vor dem Hotel gegenüber halten, hört, aber wir fanden es nicht störend. Ansonsten absolute Ruhe. Sehr netter Empfang und check in und viel Flexibilität beim Check out. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Super Workation zum arbeiten und surfen

Wir hatten über die zwei Wochen einen super schönen Aufenthalt. Tagsüber konnten wir entspannt remote arbeiten und abends waren wir täglich auf dem Wasser zum surfen. Von der Dachterasse kann man direkt die Windverhältnisse auf dem Wasser sehen und mit dem Auto sind es nur wenige Minuten zu den verschiedenen Surfspots (René Egli, Risco, Matas Bay). Jan ist ein super entspannter Gastgeber und war sowohl für die Anreise, als auch Abreise sehr flexibel und hat sich immer auf uns eingestellt. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit und die super Beherbergung!
