THE CHALET
Approx. 90 m² modern, sustainable timber house in the style of a Bavarian barn – untreated larch walls, natural wood insulation, formaldehyde-free materials. You will see, smell and feel our passion for wood.

• Bedroom 1 on the ground floor (queen bed)

• Play & reading gallery upstairs – a retreat that is still part of the action

Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and Bialetti. Underfloor heating, smart TV, Bose speaker, Wi-Fi.

OUTDOORS
Private parking with EV charger right at the driveway. A wooden boardwalk leads around the house to the south terrace – sheltered from wind and views, perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Plus the garden with pond, stream and the historic spring.

FOR FAMILIES
Cot and high chair available, gallery for play and reading, garden right outside. Blomberg with summer toboggan run, Isar rafting and swimming lakes are close by.

FOR REMOTE WORK & BUSINESS TRAVEL
Wi-Fi, two separate bedrooms, located in the village centre – and after work straight onto the bike or into the mountains. Long stays are possible.

SUMMER
Lakes Starnberg, Ammersee, Walchensee, Kochelsee, Tegernsee and Sylvenstein. Hikes on Benediktenwand, Herzogstand, Heimgarten and Jochberg; bike and MTB trails start at the door. Golf club Beuerberg and Königsdorf gliding field nearby.

WINTER
Brauneck/Lenggries ski area, cross-country skiing, sledding, Christmas market in Bad Tölz and thermal spa – then warm up with underfloor heating in the timber house.

CULTURE & DAY TRIPS
Franz Marc Museum Kochel, Buchheim Museum, Murnau Castle Museum, Glentleiten Open-Air Museum, Benediktbeuern Abbey, Marktstraße Bad Tölz. Munich, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Innsbruck, Salzburg and Neuschwanstein are easy day trips.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 11 am.

ACCESS
The entire chalet with its south terrace and the private parking space with EV charger are yours alone. The garden with pond, stream and historic spring is shared with the guests of the neighbouring apartment. Bakery and village shop with butcher are a 2–5 minute walk.

PETS
Pets are welcome (max. 2).

We are easy to reach by message and happy to share personal tips for hikes, lakes, ski days and excursions in the region.

Travelling as a larger group? The Schlossquelle apartment (2 guests) right next door can be booked as well – together ideal for groups of up to 6. Parties and events are not allowed.
