Getting around
Downtown Troy — 0.7 miles (15-minute walk) for restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and local events. Free parking for 4-6 vehicles depending on size; ample street parking also available. Easy 20-minute drive to Dayton for larger city amenities, shopping, and the airport.

Work and industry
Hobart Industries — 0.3 miles. Hobart Institute of Welding Technology — 1.2 miles. We host many guests visiting these sites and have everything set up for a comfortable work stay.

Check-in is fully self-guided via a keypad smart lock — no keys, no coordination needed. Detailed check-in instructions, including your personal access code, will be sent 24 hours before your arrival.

Your comfort and privacy are important to us. Hometown Haven House has 3 exterior security cameras — all motion-activated and positioned to monitor the outside of the property only. No cameras view any interior spaces.

● Side Door — faces outward toward the steps and street
● Driveway & Street — primarily faces the driveway and street; gathering spaces remain private
These cameras are in place to help keep you and the property safe during your stay. We want you to feel secure and at ease from the moment you arrive.





Troy is easy to navigate and well-connected to the wider region. Most guests arrive by car via I-75 or US-40. Free on-site parking accommodates up to 4 -6 vehicles depending on size; ample street parking also available. Dayton International Airport is approximately 25 minutes away for those flying in.
