Welcome to Ledgestone Ranch! This new luxury home on 100 acres in Wimberley, TX is purpose-built for entertaining with multiple indoor and outdoor spaces.

The home has 4 dedicated bedrooms, including a 6-bed bunkroom, making it perfect for family trips, reunions, or intimate gatherings. Explore the 100 acres, lounge by the resort-style pool on summer days, or enjoy the two fire pits in the cooler months. The choice is yours!

The space
MAIN HOUSE

The Main Mouse was built to bring the outside, in with walls of glass surrounding the den, great room, dining room, and kitchen. This is a truly remarkable retreat that will shower you in nature even when you're inside. The den has an oversized Crate and Barrel sectional and 65" TV mounted to the 20' tall double-sided fireplace. The fireplace ledgestone stone, the home's namesake, was hand-quarried off the property and is the same stone used throughout the home--inside and out. The den can be closed off by two sets of french doors adding privacy when it's needed. The other side of the fireplace opens into the Great Room, which is designed with mountain modern seating and spectacular views. These two living spaces allow for different types of living at the same time, connected but separate.

The dining area separates the Great Room from the kitchen and comfortably seats 8 guests at the Pottery Barn table, with another 6 spaces available at the large quartz island.

The chef's kitchen has a 48" range, double oven, and is fully stocked for any meals you can dream of cooking. There is a walk-through pantry next to the kitchen with a large beverage fridge, coffee makers, other kitchen amenities, and four barstools in case you need additional seating for meals or a kid's crafting area.

The dedicated office has a standup desk so you can sit or stand while working. The office has a large 6'x6' picture window with views of the manicured trees and valley beyond the home, making any work day less stressful.

The master bedroom and each of the two guest bedrooms are spacious and all have king-sized beds with memory foam mattresses. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet with an en-suite bathroom. The bunk room is complete with 6 beds--4 single XLs and 2 singles. There is a couch in the bunk room along with a wall-mounted TV and kids' toys. All bedrooms have large windows that bring the outdoors, in, but each has heavy drapes to keep the rooms dark to maximize sleep quality.

For bathrooms, the master has its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a deep soaking bathtub and double vanity. The half bathroom contains a single vanity.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES

Shower amenities including shampoo, body wash, and conditioner are provided for every stay. A washer and dryer are also available for guest use. Wi-Fi is, of course, available, throughout the property.

KID FRIENDLY
The home comes equipped with a pack-and-play with mattress and sheets for infants. Kids love hanging out in the bunk room and we have some toys available to play with as well as a kid's coloring station in the Butler's Pantry. Kids love exploring the outdoors around the home, swimming in the pool, and roasting s'mores!

DINING, SWIMMING, PICKLEBALL, BOCCE, BASKETBALL, AND LOUNGING

An expansive patio at the main house, featuring an 8-set dining table, seating area, firepit, and a new Traeger smoking grill are available for entertaining close to the house. Follow the stone walkway down to a second large stone patio with a large firepit with additional seating and a sun-drenched infinity edge swimming pool with deep valley views. The large pool has plenty of seating space, 6.5' deep end and an oversized 6" deep tanning ledge for the kids to splash around in. This is the perfect space to swim laps, lounge with a beverage, or cool off on a hot summer day.

A full-sized pickleball court, bocce ball court, and half-court basketball are available to all guests. Plenty of activities for all ages and abilities!

HIKING

Our 100-acre property offers 4+ miles of hiking trails for all ability levels. There are old ranch roads you can follow or rough cut trails through the shaded canopies of old Ash Junipers and Live Oaks. Feel free to explore but be mindful of the Hill Country wildlife!

RELAXATION AT THE END OF THE DAY: FIRE PITS

At the end of the day, as the sun sets, feel free to gather your guests in the Adirondack chairs and enjoy an evening drink or toasted s'mores around the warmth of either fire pit. The smaller Breeo firepit located near the home is perfect for smaller gatherings and quick, no-smoke s'mores sessions. If you're looking to gather a larger group, gather around the massive stone firepit by the pool.

Other things to note
1. We have a strict no-party policy. We ask all guests to respect the home.
2. The garage will not be accessible during your stay.
3. Pets are not permitted.
4. If you are interested in booking for a small event, please inquire before making your reservation.
5. If any of the above rules are violated, the reservation may be canceled, and
additional fees collected.
