Having a book with instructions for using lights, tvs, sound system and pool controls. Pool was excellent hot tub a little dated but works ok. Could do with a device to help take cover off the hot tub. We used the bbq and smoker and both worked well. Good communications. Great view and convenient to the town. I don’t think the noise ordinance was in the details.

We had a wonderful short stay - used the pool/hot tub, cooked wonderful healthy meals in the kitchen, enjoyed the beautiful views sitting outside, and watched a lightning and rain storm! There is a lot of space to spread out and is a beautiful area to stay in the hills.

This would’ve been an excellent property 10 years ago when the pics were taken. Now everything outside is overgrown and unkept and the lower level view is not great. The trees and shrubs in the pool area looks like they’ve been abandoned for years.The sprawling two story house is really cool sitting on a hill in the Texas Hill Country. The drive from Wimberley is nice and the view from the upper deck is still excellent!! If everything outside was trimmed I’d give the place 5 stars.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax. The scenery was absolutely beautiful—peaceful, secluded, and incredibly relaxing with almost no neighbors in sight. While we didn’t get to use the pool due to the cold weather, the hot tub more than made up for it! Overall, it had everything we needed, and the location was just perfect. We will definitely be coming back!

Nice property. Owners need to do some landscaping work around the pool and behind the house. The pool area is a haven for mosquitos and snakes with it being overgrown. For an area where kids play this should be cleaned up. Great location and managing company was easy to deal with.

Beautiful place! But, it is not walking distance from the square (4 miles away). We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and views. We had a wonderful time! (The dryer did not work! We were disappointed because it stated there was a washer and dryer and we like to have the clothes washed during our stay. The walkway to pool was grown up and needed mowed, the pool area has no lights, the upstairs bedroom was hot and needs a window unit, the stairway was very narrow and hard to get luggage up) other than that, we loved the place!!! It was beautiful!!

The view was beautiful. We loved that the house had so many things to accommodate our stay from kitchen utensils to toys and games for the kids. It was the perfect house for my husband and his parents and our children.

Fantastic getaway with peaceful views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Peaceful setting with great views, and the pool was amazing for the kids. The home is very elegantly furnished and made for a comfortable stay. I would definatly recommend this location.
