Only ten minutes walk to the golf course and still very quiet

In the lower apartment there are 2 double bedrooms with their own bathroom and the terrace room with a separate entrance from the terrace, a wide single bed and a private bathroom.
As can be seen in the floor plan, the lower apartment has a spacious kitchen with a large dining table by the fireplace and a spacious living room with fireplace - each with access to one of the three terraces. In the living room there is a sofa and a single bed, which can also be used as beds for a total of two people.

The newly renovated upper apartment can be reached via its own entrance and offers space for 3 people in a double room and private bathroom. In addition, the sofa bed in the living room can be used for 2 more people. In the newly equipped kitchen you can cook with a wonderful view and then feast around the fireplace in the dining room. A private terrace and a private garden for the 1st floor offer additional peace. Air conditioning is also available upstairs.

There is space for at least one baby bed in all bedrooms and living rooms. We provide two free of charge in the lower apartment and one in the upper apartment. If necessary, additional cots can be set up in the living room.

The house is in the middle of the Tuscan countryside. If you have booked the entire house, there are no annoying neighbors. It is therefore also suitable for celebrations in the garden. In the kitchen of the lower apartment there is enough space, kitchen utensils and dishes even for larger groups - tried and tested many times :-)

Additional costs (water, heating, electricity, wood) are included in the rent.
Bed linen, towels etc. are available. The washing machine can be used free of charge.
