"Sur le ruisseau et à travers les bois". . . À la maison d'hôtes à Sautee Paso Fino Ranch, un chalet isolé surplombant la forêt nationale de Chattahoochee. Cette retraite privée de montagne familiale privée se trouve entre la vallée historique de Nacoochee et le parc d'état d'Unicoi - pratique pour Helen, le parc d'état d'Unicoi, Clarkesville et Cleveland.

Le Guest House est situé sur une crête donnant sur la forêt nationale de Chattahoochee et est accessible par une route de gravier. Lorsque vous arrivez en voiture, vous aurez une vue sur les montagnes Tray & Chimney. La table de pique-nique et la balançoire sont des endroits parfaits pour se détendre et voir les montagnes.

Nous vous invitons à nous rendre visite et à profiter de la majesté des magnifiques et en constante évolution de la Géorgie du Nord où chaque saison affiche ses propres couleurs et scènes distinctives. Entourer Helen est la forêt nationale de Chattahoochee, Smithgall Woods et le parc d'état d'Unicoi. Richard Russell Scenic Highway et Appalachian Trail sont à proximité - ainsi que de nombreux cours d'eau, cascades, sentiers de randonnée et une grande variété d'activités de plein air.

Nous conservons un livre d'or qui comprend des listes de magasins, musées, restaurants et autres attractions.

À votre arrivée, nous vous accueillons personnellement pour vous donner l'opportunité de prévisualiser la maison d'hôtes. Nous faisons tous les efforts pour vous offrir un environnement propre et agréable; Par conséquent, il s'agit strictement d'une installation non-fumeur.

S'il vous plaît informer les propriétaires sur le type / taille des animaux sur demande. Notre politique relative aux animaux de compagnie autorise un maximum de 2 chiens dressés à la maison (limite de 50 lb). Nous demandons que vos animaux domestiques soient placés dans un chenil intérieur lorsque vous êtes loin de la propriété. Des dispositions peuvent être prises pour que nous fournissions un chenil de portage si nécessaire. (Pas de chats, s'il vous plaît)

Il n'y a pas de changement de taux pour le week-end ou les jours fériés. Nous avons une spéciale hebdomadaire: payez pour six nuits et recevez la septième nuit gratuitement.

Pour économiser les coûts pour le voyageur, nous facturons NON frais de propriété (dépôt, nettoyage, animal de compagnie, etc.) et nous payons des frais de carte de crédit. VRBO impose des frais de service, et la loi exige que vous payiez des taxes d'hôtel et de motel locales et locales.

Great welcoming host! The house is a great place to stay in a unique community. The creek crossing is intimidating at first, but was totally manageable in my Prius. Anything lower set would be a bad idea to try in my opinion. Would definitely be willing to visit again!

The only reason I rated this four stars is because we did not get to stay at the venue. Due to weather conditions we had to change our plans. The host was extremely helpful and tried to accommodate us the best he could. It is a beautiful place and we are looking forward to staying there in the future. It is in a beautiful setting and wonderful views of the mountains and surrounding area.

Fantastic place with great view

The place was exactly as advertised and overall was incredible. It was nice to have access to Helen while still also having space and privacy. The place is beautiful and the property manager is tremendously kind and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

Nature All Around

My husband & I stayed here while exploring the area. The cabin is tucked away next to a babbling creek. Mornings were spent listening to the sounds of nature - just what i needed to reconnect to nature. The host was wonderful.

This location was exactly as described and matched the pictures shown. The home was clean and organized. The hosts were wonderful and had clear directions to the location. The hosts also had a binder full of information with things to do. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Restful Anniversary weekend

We had a fabulous time! Don and Brenda are lovely hosts. They make you feel welcome right away. Guesthouse is beautiful and so secluded and perfect for a quiet weekend getaway. Just a short drive to Helen, GA. Plenty of space for your welcomed pet which is always a plus in my book. We would definitely book again.

Guest house

The guest house was very clean and was well appointed. It was very private. The owners had gone to great lengths to make sure everything was satisfactory for their guests. The flowers surrounding the home were lovely. It was close to many wonderful things to see and do. Anna Ruby falls was our favorite. We had a very nice stay.

Beautiful & serene

We booked a last minute Memorial Day getaway for our family. Don is so sweet and informative. We did a bit of hiking and sight seeing which is easy to do in this location. Helen was a fun town to visit for dinner, only about 15 min away. The guest house has a wonderful view of the mountain behind it, beautiful gardens and a peaceful escape from reality. We will be back!

Great home in the mountains

This was an amzing stay. Mr Don and his wife were great hosts and made sure everything was perfect. We were met at the property by his wife and was shown around to make sure everything was up to our expectations. Everything was fully stock with cleaning supplies and cookware and other kitchen utensils. There was a great view of the mountains, nice patio area and nice deck for sitting outside. It was also only a short 10-15 drive to Helen. If you are a small family looking for a wonderful vacation home in the mountains, this is definitely it!!

WE TRAVEL ALOT AND I HAVE GOT TO SAY THAT THIS PLACE WAS SO SO CLEAN AND ADORABLE! THE OWNERS WERE REALLY NICE AND HELPFUL. WE WANTED TO WATCH THE DOGS ON A CERTAIN CHANNEL AND THEY WENT TO THE TROUBLE TO MAKE SURE THAT WE COULD WATCH THE GAME. THANKS AGAIN FOR THAT! THERE IS NO CLEANING FEE SO WE TRIED TO MAKE SURE WE LEFT IT THE SAME WAY IT WAS WHEN WE ARRIVED AND HOPE EVERYONE STAYING WILL DO THE SAME, AS NO CLEANING FEE IS AWESOME! Private, Quiet and Secluded

We loved staying here in Sautee Nacoochee, Ga. This is very close to Helen, Georgia. It was so quiet and peaceful. After we visited some state parks and did some hiking to waterfalls, this was a great place to come back to and relax. The house is secluded, which we liked. You do have to cross a shallow creek to get to the house, but it's not bad. Don and Brenda were great host! Check in process was easy. We loved the nicely decorated home. It has a lot of space and they allow pets. Thank you again Don and Brenda for sharing your lovely home with us for our 36th anniversary weekend. We will definitely recommend this place to others. Ruined Vacation!

The property was nice enough, but. the entrance was flooded! We did not want to risk damaging the undercarriage of our car or have trouble ,(with further rain) getting in or out! So, we left, after a 14 hour drive to get there, and a 14 hour drive to get home! Although, we did get a refund, it did not make up for a ruined vacation! Four wheel drive should have been stated as mandoratory not suggested! Very disillusioned with this site!

I met a couple from Florida at the entrance of the road to our Guest House. Both were immediately confrontational, disrespectful and hostile. I asked the husband three times to tone down his conversation. They stated they did not know they had to drive through a creek and could not cross in their car. I responded that I would not want them to cross the creek if they had ANY reluctance. As I crossed the creek, the water was slightly over halfway on the 14“ tires of our Kubota. Our property description includes a picture of the creek at the entrance road. The reservation confirmation that each guest receives, states that you have to cross the creek. People regularly visit the property driving cars such as a Honda Accord, Toyota Camry, Infinity Q60, or other similar 2WD sedans. I transported the wife to our house in our RTV so that she could use our house phone. After providing her the phone number for VRBO, she contacted the agent and asked to cancel her reservation. Our cancellation policy does not provide a refund if the reservation is cancelled within 14 days, BUT I asked the agent to provide this guest a FULL refund, which she received. I provided contact information for a pet friendly hotel in Helen which he called and inquired about a reservation. Returning home and a “ruined vacation” was their choice. There are numerous pet friendly accommodations in the Helen area. This couple was able to write a review WITHOUT entering or viewing our property!

Enjoyable Stay

Don was very responsive and helped us settle in nicely. It is a comfortable quiet home decorated in a country style. It is very quiet with a large lawn and patio and large rooms. Note the view is only seen from the top of the lawn. I suggest arriving for the first time during daylight. It worked well for us and our 2 small lap dogs and they had lots of room to run around. Note the carpet is light tan so big dogs who like to play in the mud may be a problem. The kitchen is fine but be prepared to supplement if you want to do any meaningful cooking. ie there are 4 plates, 4 bowls so for a family of 4 you will be out of dishes after each meal. There were no "extras" or things you might find leftover from the previous renters (plastic wrap, condiments, zip locks, sugar, spices etc).
