I wan to be clear about our experience. The property itself was REALLY nice, completely living up to our expectations. The only odd thing about our suite was the bed comforters that were mostly a sheet that didn't quite reach all the way up to the pillows, but the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. None of this was a problem.The problem happened during the check-in process. This is a Wyndham resort, and they herd everyone through on-site lobby representatives whose mission in life is to offer you something "FREE" if you will commit to sitting thru a "presentation" the following day. We were directed to a very kind and bubbly lady who's name I will not state here. She provided lots of info about the resort and what's available in the surrounding area. She referred to me as a "silver fox". Then we were offered a choice of some "free" items if I was to attend a presentation the following morning. I explained that I was not interested, and that I had absolutely no intention of attending that. This lady's demeanor changed completely, her smile was gone, she went dead silent as she locked eyes with me and we had a stare-down. She then said she had thought I was cool. She finally broke out of her "episode" and we quickly wrapped-up our counter discussion. This woman is clearly under a lot of stress, and I'm sure she's compensated for getting people to these presentations, but the was very troubling and should NEVER happen.
