This luxurious 2 Bed 2 Bath lake front condo in Mariners Landing Resort is pristine & newly remodeled. It’s conveniently located on the second floor and just steps from the elevator. The gorgeous vistas are sure to reel you in as you relax on the lovely year-round sun patio with floor to ceiling windows that open to enjoy the outdoor surroundings on warm sunny days.

Our two-bedroom unit offers a perfect view of Smith Mountain Lake and the Mountains. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, it’s own bathroom, flat screen Smart TV, luxurious bed linens, plush towels and complimentary toiletries. The master bathroom is handicap accessible with a walk-in shower that has a shower seat, grab bars and chair height toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, dishes, utensils, Hamilton Beach FlexBrew coffee maker and other appliances that you need to create all your favorite meals from home.

Other amenities include miles of beautiful walking and biking trails, golf, driving range, sandy beaches, fishing pier, outdoor and indoor pools, fitness center, playground, Game Room, Basketball, Volleyball, and Tennis Courts, cable and wireless internet. Golfers enjoy the semi-private 18 hole championship golf course (15% discount on green fees), an original design by the late Robert Trent Jones, Sr. If you are bringing a boat there are additional fees from Mariners Landing for trailer parking and dock fees; $50 the first night and $25 each additional night.

No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking or Vaping Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pet Policy
Pets are allowed on the premise provided it has been disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee has been paid. Please keep dog on a leash in public spaces, and clean up all poops. On-Site Dining & Entertainment
