Two parking spots are available in the driveway, with overflow parking available across the road and near the tennis courts. If you are bringing a boat trailer, dedicated trailer parking is available near the community boat ramp.

The brand new living room (pictures to be updated soon) offers a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, and board games. The newly added game room on the upper level features air hockey, foosball, darts, and more for rainy-day fun.

Take in stunning lake views from three private balconies with seating. Fire up the propane grill for lakeside meals, fish from the dock, or launch your boat. Dogs will love the outdoor areas too!

Pontoons up to 23 feet may be parked in the slip but cannot use the boat lift — guest is responsible for any damages

We comply with and exceed all sanitizing regulations and take extra measures to sanitize all bedding including pillows with enhanced steam sanitation between each guest.


While having a car is recommended to fully explore the area, many attractions are just a short drive away. The townhome offers free parking for up to two vehicles, and additional parking is available near the tennis courts and boat launch area. If you’re bringing a boat, there’s dedicated parking for your trailer nearby.


Pets: Dogs are welcome (up to 2)! We provide a dog bed and bowls. The pet fee of $100 per dog, per stay is added automatically when you select pets during booking.
Fees:
- Cleaning, linens and starter toiletries: $220
- Early/late checkout (upon availability): $40
Garbage: Due to bear activity, there is no on-site trash pickup. The nearest convenience center is 7 minutes away.
Grill: A propane grill is available for guest use. Grill outdoors only, never leave unattended while lit, and keep children and pets at a safe distance. Allow to cool completely before covering. Please clean the grates after each use — a $30 fee will be charged if left dirty at checkout.
Security: Exterior Ring cameras monitor the front entrance, driveway, front lawn, and parking area. No interior cameras or recording devices are present inside the property.
Age Restriction: Guests must be 25 or older, or accompanied by a guardian.
Damage Waiver: The damage waiver replaces a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage to the property. Simply report any incidents before checkout. Long stays (28+ nights) may qualify for a discount.
