'Hel Mar 251'. Notre maison sur la plage vaut le détour en toute saison!
En hiver, vous trouverez la paix et la détente, utilisez le sauna et le bain à remous aussi souvent que vous le souhaitez et passez des soirées agréables devant la cheminée. Pour une chaleur toujours agréable pendant les saisons froides, vous disposez également d'un chauffage central au gaz nouvellement installé - qui permet de réduire les coûts.
En été, à quelques pas seulement, des kilomètres de plage de sable blanc vous invitent à nager et à vous détendre.
Notes sur les coûts et frais supplémentaires:
Les frais d'électricité (0,35 € par kWh), de gaz (0,98 € par mètre cube) et d'eau (6,50 € par mètre cube) sont facturés en fonction de la consommation (prix sans garantie).
La taxe de séjour doit être payée sur place.
Le linge de lit et de toilette, ainsi que le bois de chauffage peuvent être commandés sur demande.
150,00 EUR Le dépôt de location doit être payé à l'avance et sera facturé avec les coûts supplémentaires.
