You will have the entire place to yourself including a bedroom with closet, queen bed and desk, as well as a living room with extra-long sofa, size Double air mattress, soaring ceilings with luxury ceiling fans, large-screen TV, full kitchen with many design upgrades, including all amenities like coffee pot, toaster, air fryer, dishwasher, and large chef-style cooking range (note: oven is non-working), an eating area as well as a lounge area. The unit also has a full-size washer and dryer, and a wonderful bathroom with a lot of spa-style upgrades, as well as plenty of storage.

The kitchen is always stocked with essentials but, at your request, coffee roasted just down the street, locally-gathered honey, beer brewed one neighborhood over or something from the local distillery can be waiting for you as well.

The home can sleep up to 5 guests, with one Queen bed, one Double size air mattress and an unusually long sofa.

There is also a wonderful front porch to hang out on the stairs solo or with some friends - and people watch. Pop across the street first to the beloved coffee shop, and enjoy on the porch as you watch the wonderful world of Richmond go by!
