An oceanfront two-bedroom townhouse, accommodating 6 guests, at the award winning Samoset Resort in Rockport, Maine. It has been ranked as one of the best family vacation destinations in the world by Travel + Leisure. This two-bedroom ocean view townhouse style condominium can accommodate up to six guests and features a small kitchen and a spacious living/dining area with a queen sofa bed. The master suite showcases a spacious bathroom with a whirlpool tub, while the second bedroom provides two twin beds and a separate bathroom for additional privacy. The Samoset has been ranked as one of the best family vacation destinations in the world by Travel + Leisure, and among the best golf resorts in the U.S. by Condé Nast Traveler. The stylish multi-story retreat has new granite countertops, an oceanfront wrap-around deck, cherry cabinets, kitchen appliances and wireless Internet access. For over a century, the Samoset Resort has distinguished itself as one of the premier luxury resorts in Maine, renowned for its award-winning service and expansive views of Penobscot Bay. With the soft Camden Hills rising to the east and the spacious grounds of Jameson Point to the west, the Samoset has welcomed guests from around the globe to our illustrious Maine Resort for generations. As a guest of the resort, you have access to all of the amenities the resort has to offer like the outdoor or indoor pools, the Cardio Theater, Group Exercise, gym, tennis, basketball, children's playground and walking paths to the lighthouse. As a guest you receive preferred booking of tee times for golf. Many activities are included in your stay but a few, like golf, require a fee. Please view the Samoset Resort website for complete information. Midcoast Maine is a favorite summertime vacation destination with lots of activities and scenic destinations. There are also several coastal islands accessible by ferry to explore nearby. The area is accessible by car via U.S. Coastal Route #1 or public transport. A bus travels directly from Logan Airport in Boston to within a mile of the Samoset Resort. Also, there is a small airport nearby (Owls Head) serviced by Cape Air.
