Oven only worked on broil, Stove worked. Ants a lot of ants on kitchen floors near the refrigerator. Best part of the house is the front porch

STAY AWAY FROM THIS FILTHY HOUSE. Had a family outing planned for months with 4 other family members. Thought it would be nice to stay in a home all together. NO!! Not this place!! Very run down, unclean, sticky floors (with shoes on). No top sheets on any beds, comforters only and nothing smelled clean. OWNER REFUSED REFUND after expressing disappointment. We left within a few minutes and had to spend more for clean hotel rooms. Happy Mother’s Day to me. Awful host, and in NO WAY a “fabulous” house.

Overall, this house was good, and we enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent—less than a 5-minute drive to the beach, which is easily accessible by electric scooter, e-bike, or a standard pedal bike. It is also the same short distance from the local aquarium, which is on the smaller side but really fun, and there are some cute restaurants right next to it.There were a few areas that could use improvement. The cleanliness wasn't perfect; we found hair on a couple of the bedsheets and in the bathtub. The linen supply was also light, as there weren't enough towels, no wash rags, no kitchen towels, and only one blanket per bed (bring extra blankets if you think you'll need them). Additionally, the living room does have a couch but TV didn't work, and the oven pilot light just wasn't lit. Since we didn't know how to light it, we went without. We easily hung out around the dining table which has a working TV.On the positive side, the owner was incredibly responsive. When the washing machine broke as we went to wash the sheets, the owner quickly addressed it. A new machine arrived within a couple of days, and they generously offered to cover laundromat costs in the meantime

We used this house so we could have one spot for everyone to stay in as opposed to multiple hotel rooms at the casino. We didn’t intend on staying in the house long or utilizing anything in it. This was an okay house.Both checking in and parking was simple. The driveway can hold two cars, and there is street parking. The area seems fairly quiet and comfortable. The living room feels more like a waiting room. As pictured, there is no sofa. The TV did not work when we tried it. The dining room had space for people, along with a working TV. We didn’t really use the kitchen, but it was normal sized. The fridge has an ice maker which was a nice perk. The two downstairs bedrooms seemed fine.Both of the bathrooms are very small and not the best kept. There appeared to be a blood stain on the one curtain. The tubs did not appear to have been cleaned as there was dirt and debris at the bottom of it. One of the towels was wrinkled and crumpled on top of the other towels, appearing to be used.The upstairs bedrooms are a little more spacious. There was a hard white stain on one of the comforters. One of the rooms only locks and turns on the light from the outside, which is mildly creepy. The mattresses were all very uncomfortable, but better than nothing. All in all, it’s not a bad house. We were not necessarily looking for luxury. However, more attention to cleaning would definitely benefit it.
