The first floor features a bedroom with two double beds, along with a bonus living room and a convenient half bath. Upstairs, youâll find three additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed, another with a full bed and a twin bed, and a third with a queen bed and ensuite half bath. The main living area, dining space, and kitchen flow together seamlessly and open onto a large south facing deck thatâs ideal for lounging or entertaining.
An outdoor shower adds to the beach day convenience. The property includes one dedicated parking spot, ample off-street parking, and a backyard area for enjoying warm evenings. All of this in an unbeatable location close to everything Avalon has to offer.
