Belle vue sur la baie de deux étages condo situé au coeur d'Avalon!

Un nouveau propriĂ©taire a fait de ce bien entretenu condo juste un peu mieux en mettant une couche de peinture fraĂźche dans toute la maison, une nouvelle moquette Ă  l'Ă©tage et l'achat de nouveaux lits et la literie pour rendre votre sĂ©jour le plus agrĂ©able possible. Lorsque vous entrez dans le condo, vous remarquerez une grande chambre spacieuse avec un sol de matĂ©riel, une grande tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat et d'une cheminĂ©e Ă  gaz. Une cuisine spacieuse est Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la grande salle avec suffisamment d'espace pour prĂ©parer les repas de famille ou traĂźner si vous ĂȘtes amusant !. Le soleil rempli la salle Ă  manger ouvre sur une vue baie pont qui est parfait pour se dĂ©tendre avec votre livre prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© ou prendre un verre et regarder le coucher du soleil! Le deuxiĂšme Ă©tage dispose de 3 chambres de bonne taille. Deux des chambres partagent une salle de bain salle et la chambre principale a sa propre salle de bain avec une terrasse! Chaque client est affectĂ© 2 places de stationnement de sorte que vous ne pouvez garer votre voiture et Ă  pied des restaurants, des magasins et vos bars prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©s! Communication feedback was quick and helpful. Residence was clean. Ashley provided beach equipment for our stay. A local service set up the beach chairs and cabana umbrella each day and returned them in the late afternoon. We were very pleased with the accommodations of this condo. Located above the best sticky bun store in Avalon.

This condo was just perfect ! Check in and checkout was easy. Everything was clean and experienced zero issues . Convenient to everything in town and hosts were readily available if needed. 5 stars and would love to stay there again

Family fun at the shore

This condo is located in a very centralized location. You are very close to all the shops, restaurants and bars. The walk to the beach is about 4 blocks. The interior designer did an excellent job decorating this condo. Great beach vibes with a fresh new look. Not much of a bay view. The host is very responsive.

Perfect getaway!

This is a beautiful condo, outfitted perfectly for our weekend girls getaway. It was perfectly located with easy walks for coffee, lunch and the beach, so easy for a group of friends to move around on slightly different schedules.

Perfect condo in the heart of Avalon

Our family stayed here for 3 weeks. The condo was bright, cozy, and located in the heart of Avalon. Ashley was an exceptional host and readily available to answer any questions. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the beds were comfortable. Its central location is walkable to the beach, restaurants, and boutiques. The photos on VRBO accurately reflect the condition of the condo. We will be back!

We had so much fun and this beautiful condo. The location was amazing and the condo was stocked with many, many amenities making the stay very comfortable. Check-in was easy and Ashley was very responsive during our visit. We will come back to stay again!

great shore vacation

We had a great weeklong stay. The rental was even better than in the pictures- the owners did a great job decorating! It was immaculate when we arrived. Plenty of space for our family of four. Well appointed with extras. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Great Condo/Great Location

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The condo is clean and very spacious and the location is fantastic. We barely used our car and could walk to the beach as well as lots of restaurants and shops. Ashley was very easy to communicate with and super helpful. Will definitely return for another visit in the future.

Wonderful family trip!

We had a great trip with our family (my husband and I and our two kids ages 5 and 3). The property was perfect for us - walking distance to restaurants and ice cream, short walk to the beach and overall had all the conveniences we needed as a fam of 4. Great Location!

Shore stay

Another great stay at this lovely property. Enjoyed hosting dinner for 8 with plenty of seating for all. Played games in the living room on those rainy beach days. Close to shops and restaurants and morning walks to the beach. Thanks for sharing your home!

Great Getaway

We have been coming for father day fo last couple of years. Great two level condo with plenty of space for myself of my four adult boy children. Great location and a more sort of urban setting in Avalon if you want to call it that and near to all the fun things that town has to offer. Property owner manager is wonderful and the apartment is all updated and extremely comfortable and well equipped. I don’t want to sell it too much because we want to be able to come back next year lol. You can’t go wrong with this set up except if you’re old and can’t handle walking up a lot of stairs. 😂
