DOGE'S HOUSE est un appartement de 90 mĂštres carrĂ©s, avec une entrĂ©e sĂ©parĂ©e au rez-de-chaussĂ©e est la salle de lavage avec laveuse, sĂ©cheuse et fer Ă  repasser. Un petit escalier mĂšne au premier Ă©tage oĂč vous dĂ©veloppez la maison avec 2 belles chambres avec lits doubles, une avec une salle de bains, et une deuxiĂšme salle de bains, un salon avec canapĂ©-lit et 2 inhalations convertibles en lits. Aussi pour nos petits clients, nous pouvons fournir 2 lits et 2 chaises hautes. Une cuisine super-Ă©quipĂ©e et confortable, oĂč si vous voulez, vous pouvez cuisiner.
Toutes les chambres sont équipées de la télévision par satellite, climatisation et wi-fi
MAISON Doge est un bel appartement spacieux au XIIIe siÚcle, entiÚrement rénové en 2013.
Il est situĂ© derriĂšre la Piazza San Marco (3 minutes) Ă  quelques pas du pont du Rialto, Ă  proximitĂ© immĂ©diate du terrain Santa Maria Formosa, l'une des plus grandes zones de Venise, il y a aussi la Fondation Palazzo Querini Stampalia, qui est l'un assister le musĂ©e le plus important et le mieux conservĂ© en Europe. Incredible Stay in Venice City Center!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was very spacious and perfect for our group of 6. The owners were extremely kind and accommodating with us. The location was ideal, only a short walk to everything you’d want to do and see. I highly recommend!

Nice place great location

Nice place, well kept and appointed. Location is close to most of the things to see and do. The owner and manager were very responsive to our needs. The two bedroom layout with two "king" beds make it ideal for 2 couples.

Exceptional Property

From start to finish, it was a great stay in Venice. We’ve visited Venice 5 times and stayed in a 5-star hotel, a small, wonderful inn and apartments. This apartment was the best for lovely accommodations and great service of any. Ilea was a wonderful host for our visit and worked to make sure everything was to our liking. The location was perfect for visiting all our favorite places. Very highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect, Ilia was so great to work with and the hospitality was appreciated! They care about the home and their guests. The only “not as positive” feedback was the mattresses were a little uncomfortable (it’s all dependent on the persons and we were too tired to lose sleep because of it) and the bed in the bedroom without the bathroom seemed to be more the size of a queen bed instead of king. We would most definitely book here again!!

Great location & comfortable property

The host was incredible! She responded promptly to any questions or concerns we may have had. The apartment was clean and spacious. There are 2 bedrooms, plus a living room with a pull out couch, so 6 people would be very comfortable and all have their own spaces. The master bedroom shower is larger than the shower in the hall. Ilia was fantastic host and we hope to be back again someday!

Great Venice Apartment

This property was in a great location and very clean. There was more than enough space for a family of 4 and we loved having two bathrooms and showers. Everything is updated and the AC is cold. It was great having a washer and dryer. Maybe more comfortable linens would be good to have but overall, we would definitely recommend staying here.

Attractive and very clean apartment in central location

We were very comfortable in the Doge's House Apartment. Excellent beds and baths and nice kitchen. It was a good place to come back to after traipsing all over Venice. Location is ideal for getting to St. Mark's Square and the waterfront. There is an excellent restaurant, Local, within 8 minutes of the apartment. Ilya was very helpful in guiding us to the apartment and arranging for a private water taxi when we departed.

A hidden gem

This charming apartment is on a quiet street but quite close to Piazza San Marco. We loved eating at the Trattoria 20 steps away as the food was delicious. Our host provided detailed directions on how to reach the apartment from the rail station and airport. Without that we would’ve been very frustrated. As Venice is a city like no other. The kitchen, sitting room, bedrooms, and baths were all spacious and spotless. We enjoyed having our happy hour in the apartment because there was room to do so. I highly recommend this location.

Great property in Venice

The property is beautiful with good water pressure, cold air conditioning and a well stocked kitchen. The only negative would be that the location is far from the nearest vaporetto stop of Rialto bridge. Walking with luggage over the bridges was a challenge.

Great Place!

We stayed here only for two nights but wished it was longer. Apartment was nice, clean, and very large for a European rental. It was my wife and two children. They had a crib that was set-up for the little one. We were met at the Rialto Bridge and was walked to our apartment. I recommend this place!!

Outstanding Apartment

My family spent two nights in the apartment during our stay in Venice, and the apartment was fantastic. The apartment appeared to have been recently updated as the kitchen and two bathrooms were very modern. The location was perfect as it is situation between Rialto Bridge and San Marcos. Illia and Silvio were very helpful with our check in and gave us good recommendations on things to do and places to eat. We will definitely stay at Doge's House on our next trip to Venice.

Stunning Venice Apartment

My husband and I stayed here in April and honestly it was so spectacular!!! Great communication with host. The apartment is immaculate which was so awesome for someone who is a clean nut! The decorations were beautiful and the apartment was so spacious. The location was close to everything like attractions, restaurants, bars, San Marco Square. Very well stocked kitchen with everything you would possibly need. This is a must do if you are in Venice!!! I would go to Venice again just to stay in this apartment!!!

Gem in Venice

This is a fantastic apartment in a great location! It is between the Rialto Bridge and St. Marks Square. It is recently updated and has all the amenities. Ilia met us at the Rialto Bridge and showed us the way to the spartment. She was very helpful in showing us a grocery store and key places along the way. Venetian Perfection

The apartment was perfect and our hosts were so kind and generous. From the pickup at Rialto Bridge to making reservations at their favourite restaurant for a birthday dinner! The apartment was immaculate and was exactly as described and the pictures do not do it justice. The location is perfect and very central. I fell in love with Venice and it's beautiful people. Perfect place in Venezia

6 of us stayed in this roomy, beautiful apartment. It is spacious, sparkling clean, well-appointed and just as described. The laundry facilities were much appreciated by the 6 women traveling together! The linens were what you would find in a nice hotel and the AC was a relief although it had a hard time keeping up with the extremely hot and humid weather at the time. The location was great. Ilia was very helpful and kind even though we were late getting to our meeting point and Silvio exuberantly showed us around when we got to the apartment. Would definitely stay here again!

Superb apartment in the heart of Venice

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well appointed apartment only a few minutes walk from all the main areas in Venice. There is even a fantastic restaurant immediately opposite the front door. Ilia and Georgia were perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The only small downside is that if you get the water bus from the Airport to Rialto, you will need to carry your luggage up and down several bridges to reach the apartment. Other than that, it was excellent.

Living the Venetian life

It's wonderful to live in an apartment and feel comfortable and at home while enjoying one of the greatest cities in Europe. In addition to all the good things others have said about Ilia and the lovely apartment, it has everything you need for daily life and was well stocked with bathroom and kitchen supplies, which is not always the case. It's great not to have to buy salt and olive oil, etc., for just a few days of cooking. Highly recommended.

Beautifully renovated apartment

This was our second trip to Venice. Last time we stayed at a hotel but preferred to have something more like home for our return trip. Our last hotel stay was overpriced and not comfortable. Doge's House was just what we needed for our return! It is a beautifully decorated apartment with a central location to be convenient to touring. A nearby grocery store makes it convenient for cooking and shopping for the apartment. Ilia was wonderful in meeting us at the water bus stop to show us the way. I would return to this apartment again!
