This spacious barndominium offers peaceful seclusion while still being just 15 minutes from downtown Traverse City. After a day of exploring, relax in the private hot tub or unwind by the fire pit beneath the stars. Ideal for a romantic getaway, girls’ trip, or family vacation. The Ranch is the perfect place to slow down, relax, recharge, and make lasting memories.

We will provide your personal passcode for the keyless door lock one week before your stay.

When you book a Traverse City Getaway home, you’re renting directly from a small, family-owned business that personally owns and operates all 15 of our homes.

We also have an outdoor shower to use in the warmer seasons in the back of the Barndominium. It may come in handy if you have 4 people staying at Little Ranch Therapy.

We’ve partnered with Stocked, a local grocery delivery service, to make your arrival effortless. Your delivery fee is covered — simply order ahead, and walk into a home with your groceries already waiting.

The house is professionally cleaned between each guest.

We do allow pets. We ask guests to pay $60/pet. Here are some pet rules we ask you to abide by:
– Housebroken pets only
– Please crate your pet if you leave your pet home alone.
– Please clean up in the yard after your pet.
– Please keep pets off of furniture and beds.
- Please wipe their paws off before coming into the house.

We have a basketball hoop. you are welcome to use.

As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered
