Separated on three sides by no less than 3 acres of woods and Northfork beauty. 50% of property is backed by over 10 acres of nature preserve. Property is filled with amazing song birds as well as deer and wild turkey. It is truly a nature loverâs sanctuary!
Public golf course is right across Sound Ave as well as walkable to a local winery and some great restaurants.
