Rustic decor in a serene, quiet, dead-end. Smoking is not allowed in the home. The front porch and upstairs bedroom deck area are always lit up with chairs for you in the evening. There is a refrigerator, microwave, tea, and fresh coffee/espresso maker available in your room, along with a fresh water dispenser and ice maker. Conveniently located near the train station (a 25 min ride to NYC), 15 min from JFK Airport, with food (Amazing Pizza, Chinese food, & Deli) & laundry service up the block.

Discover the beauty of Valley Stream from this delightful private 2nd-floor 1-bedroom of a house in a cul-de-sac. Guests will enjoy a cozy queen bed and a bathroom featuring a relaxing jetted bathtub. The space remains comfortable year-round thanks to heating and AC. It’s easy to tell that Dino takes great pride in being a host. There were lots of little touches that showed effort and care. We stayed here for one night prior to our early morning flight from JFK. Everything was great!

Husband and I needed a place to stay after a concert in the city. Getting to the location was a breeze and the place was truly lovely. Host was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and I would definitely recommend this for anyone needing something removed from the hustle and bustle.

We were a little nervous booking a room in someone’s house (the only legal way to do it in NY without booking for 30 days) but we were pleasantly surprised! We had a very private space here that had everything we needed. Dino was very responsive and kind! About a 20 min walk to the LIRR for cheap transportation around NYC.

Dino was a fantastic host!! 100% He made sure self and my BFF was comfortable and was so kind to pick us up at Valley Stream LLRR and to the store to pick up our goodies! His Vrbo is immaculate comfty and in a nice quiet cul-de-sac.This will be my future stay! I highly recommend Thanks Dino U ROCK!!

The room is perfect for a weekend getaway for couples. It is exactly like the description - "cozy". It was ideal for what I needed, close to JFK and parking. This neighborhood surprised me. It's super quiet, away from the busy city life of NYC. Who knew?! I love it! I would definitely stay again.

When we pulled up to the house, Dino came out to greet us. He showed us to our room and told us what we needed to know. We found the accommodations to our liking. The outside deck was definitely a plus as we spent a few evenings outside. Great location, easy access to the city and beaches. There are many restaurants close by. Will definitely book again.
