It is not too far from downtown Gatlinburg if you are looking for a place not in the center of town, but still within easy access to everything. Highly recommend.

Office Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, plenty to do, pool across the street, viewing bears on our street. One small issue was the kitchen oven did not work properly, temperature would elevate higher than what it was set for and caused food to burn, we noticed it showed error codes, I would definitely have that checked out. We had a wonderful trip and would rent this again.

Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental definitely had it all. Great location, enough beds, & across the street from the pool. I will have to say one roll of toliet paper per bathroom for 4 nights was definitely not enough. Also looking closer at the rental the floor was in terrible shape. I scraped my foot more than once on the separated floor planks. There was also taped parts of the floor in random areas.

Love the resort!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The resort is just perfect! However the house we stayed should not be rented! The floors were duck taped everywhere! The rugs were totally unacceptable! The pillows were old - comforter was dirty - bath tub dirty - toothpaste in kitchen sink! We have stayed in this resort the last 4 summers very disappointed! The rental company did refund cleaning fee without me asking for it! But for a fairly new home, it is in bad shape. Needless to say we will not rent this house again. I would stay in the resort again, but I’ll have to see the cabin before I rent it. Lori went above to do what she could to make it presentable!!
