Ishmael was a wonderful host and his house is so cozy and beautiful. We were very close to Dollywood and a quick drive to Anakeesta. We loved our stay there and look forward to going back.

The directions in the folder were very simple. Basically just take out the trash and set temp. We didnt use the garage because there wasnt directions on that. No hand soap or hand towels in ALL the bathrooms. No floor mats for floor by tubs.No door/gait to the gameroom/basement. We had a toddler to tend to at all times while there. For a newer looking home, it was very noisey. Floors and Doors creek (needed w-d) youre not going to sneak to the fridge out of your bedroom, for sure. The kitchen had no dish towels to dry. Bring your own pitcher to make lemonade. There isnt one. I saw an old mop but no broom to sweep up. I had to hunt for pillowcases. Found used bedding in garage and then was told sheet sets were in drawer of each bedroom with rubber band around it which was only in 2 and no pillow case. Cases didnt even fit pillows in upstairs king bed. Beds were spring, which are not comfortable at all. Cheap dish soap and shampoo. Bring your own, for sure. When asking host about towels etc, he message with a copy of the cleaners response and then dropped the conversation. Would i stay again, here, No. Ive stayed at much less costly cabins and was offered more and had a better overall experience. We visit twice a year. This wasnt our 1st time here.

I had a wonderful stay at Ishmael’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to Dollywood, Tanger Outlets, restaurants, yet still quiet and relaxing. Ishmael was very responsive and made check-in seamless. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sevierville.

We had an amazing time at this property!! Even looking at the vrbo pics brings back fond memories. It's dog-friendly, but there was no trace of pets having ever been in there. The game room was a huge hit. And the LOCATION can't be beat. The property owner is responsive and lovely. Stay here! You won't regret it.

My friends and I rate this as the best we have ever stayed. The location was great, check in very easy and the entire condo had everything needed - it was beautifully decorated and spotless. Any future visits to the area we will be sure to schedule the stay here.

Close to Dollywood and clean

We had an excellent stay! I am a germ-a-phobe and it is new and clean. Easy to find and about 10 to 15 minutes to Dollywood. Dollar general and restaurants 5 minutes away, and not on the busy parkway. Only small complaint is not being able to adjust the AC. It is on 72 on the main floor, too hot for my husband, but upstairs on 70 to cold for my kids. But that is completely a personal preference, as i was totally fine with either. My daughter was disappointed the horse pasture is gone and replaced with more townhouses. Ha. We will be staying here our future visits to the area, and highly recommend it if you are looking for a extremely nice clean place to stay.

Really beautiful property. We did not use most of the amenities because we spent our time at Dollywood. But there is a great game room and lots of space for several people to have a great experience

Awesome!!!!

We loved this place so much! Host was wonderful and took great care of us. The home is practically brand new and so spacious. Location was peaceful and quiet. So many fun things to do in house too. Our teenagers had a blast with the game room and extra places to hang out. Highly recommend staying at this place!

National Gymnastics Championships/quick family trip

First let me say if you are looking for a clean property this is it! There was nothing to complain about. Plenty of sleeping space and room to spread out. I don’t know that the tvs were used because they have a great entertainment room. I did contact the host on a couple things I wanted and the response was very quick. I love that. Nothing wrong just information stuff! He was great. We will definitely book this property again because there’s more stuff to be seen!! Love, love, love!

The property was very presentable and cared for. It was in a good location in Sevierville and an easy drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. With this being said, the property did not list all surveillance items. The property does have a Ring doorbell camera facing the front of the property, which is to be expected. However, we discovered a Ring device that doubles as a listening device in the kitchen area. This is very concerning as we had our children on site and had private conversations. I contacted the host and received a reply that they would look into the property description. I would be cautious in renting this unit in the future.

Extremely Nice, Clean, New Construction

The stay was great. The place is extremely nice and well equipped with nice cooking utensils. We did not cook but we will next time :)Very close to just about everything and highly recommend it.

Super clean!

The property was super clean, very fresh and new. The decor was very nicely done in the home. The property manager communicated very well and was quick to respond to any questions we had about the property. Overall really nice stay and would stay their again.

Great location for us

First impressions were great. Beds VERY soft, the trundle bed was not attached to the as shown in pictures. Communication with host went smoothly. Check-in process was easy. Game room.a plus with kiddos. Was expecting bath soap and shampoo as other places we have stayed have had.. Overall it was ok. Would recommend.

I Chose this property because i've always wanted a place i can have to just GET AWAY. This is the perfect location if you are looking to get away from all the noise that the city brings, but also being close enough to restaurants & entertainment.

Me being from Utah, it is very different here then it is in Tennessee. They each have their beautiful qualities about them. I love coming here to cherish them both.
