The house looks out towards the Ocean Course across the marsh to the third hole and has spectacular sunrises over the ocean. Designed with elevated coastal style and clean, modern lines, this home blends contemporary architecture with relaxed seaside living - and is located less than a 5-minute drive from The Ocean Course and it's beach access.

The chef’s kitchen features high-end appliances and a large island ideal for casual meals or evening cocktails. Each of the five spacious bedrooms includes a private en-suite bath with spa-inspired details, and two additional half baths add extra convenience. No smoking, no pets, and no events (including wedding-related gatherings or groups exceeding the 10-person maximum). No exceptions.

Stays of 3–21 nights include a beach gear credit of up to $280 (based on length of stay). Credit may not be available for last-minute bookings; 48 hours’ notice required.
