Private Crystal Lake Frontage
With 100 feet of Crystal Lake frontage, spend your days swimming, floating, and soaking up the sun on one of Michigan’s clearest lakes. Evenings are made for smores at the firepit at sunset, stargazing from the hot tub, and long conversations under open skies. Every season offers something special — from summer lake days to cozy winter escapes after skiing. A dock is available for guest use between Memorial Day and Labor Day, and we’ve partnered with local boat rental companies that can deliver directly to the dock. Depending on lake conditions and boat size, guests may be asked to use a mooring ball we provide rather than tie their boat directly to the dock.

Trilevel Home Layout
The main entrance is on the lower level, which features the game room, a kitchenette, a bunk bedroom with twin over twin bunks and a queen bedroom.
The main level (second floor) includes the living room, kitchen, and a king bedroom.
The third floor offers two additional bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed, the other has two queen beds.
All staircases are equipped with handrails for safety.

For rainy days and snowed in days, we got you covered. The dedicated game room features a pool table, ping pong table, and immersive VR gaming, making it a hit with kids, teens, and adults alike. Friendly competitions and late-night laughs are guaranteed.

Perfectly located near the best of the region — just minutes to Sleeping Bear Dunes, M-22, Frankfort, Beulah, Crystal Mountain, and Traverse City. Enjoy the peace of a private lakefront setting with easy access to hiking, skiing, golf, beaches, and charming small towns. We are only 8 miles from Ironman 70.3 Michigan, which is held in Frankfort.

Kitchen & Dining for Gathering
The fully equipped kitchen makes meals easy and social, with generous counter space and everything you need for casual breakfasts or big group dinners. Gather around the dining table, share stories, and enjoy the simple luxury of unhurried time together. We have a beverage bar which is well stocked with coffee and teas. We have a Ninja Slushi, for frozen drinks of both kids and adult variety. We also have a Kitchenette on the lower level for additional space for food storage and prep space.

The main living area is warm and welcoming — ideal for movie nights, board games, or relaxing after a full day on the lake or skiing on Crystal Mountain. Comfortable seating, Smart TVs, and beautiful views create a space where everyone loves to linger.

Sleeping Arrangements
Villa Crystal offers five bedrooms, 7 beds and sleeps 12 comfortably, making it ideal for extended families or groups traveling together. With three bathrooms and thoughtfully arranged sleeping spaces, mornings stay smooth and stress-free. The first level includes a queen bedroom and a twin-over-twin bunk room, ideal for kids or flexible sleeping arrangements. The second level offers a spacious king bedroom. The third level features an additional king bedroom and a bedroom with two queen beds, offering privacy and comfort for larger groups.

Outdoor Living at Its Best
Enjoy Michigan’s seasons outdoors with a hot tub, fire pit, BBQ grill, dock (seasonal), and comfortable seating. We have 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards for guest use, please use the provided lifejackets. Guests use watercrafts and the hot tub at their own risk. Whether you’re roasting marshmallows, grilling dinner, or sipping wine as the sun sets over the lake, Villa Crystal delivers classic Up North moments.

Crystal Lake
Crystal Lake is one of Michigan’s largest and clearest inland lakes. While it’s excellent for swimming and boating, it is a large, deep lake where conditions can change with wind. Please supervise children closely, use life jackets when appropriate, and note that inexperienced boaters should use extra caution and follow all local boating regulations.

Year Round Escape
Winter at Villa Crystal is a true Northern Michigan wonderland. Just a short 15 minute drive to Crystal Mountain, guests can enjoy downhill skiing, snowboarding, and winter events, or explore miles of nearby trails for snowmobiling and snowshoeing. After a day in the snow, unwind in the year-round hot tub and settle in for cozy evenings by the lake — winter here is just as magical as summer.

During your stay, some furnishings may differ from the photos shown at the time of booking—but rest assured, any changes are made with comfort and quality in mind and will be an upgrade.

Additional Waterfront Information.
The dock is intended for loading and unloading passengers and gear only. Boats should not be left tied to the dock for any period of time, as changing wind and wave conditions can cause damage to both the vessel and the dock.

Guests renting a boat from a local marina are strongly encouraged to request a mooring ball from the rental company. This is generally the preferred method for securing rental boats on Crystal Lake.

Guests bringing their own boat are welcome to use the property`s mooring ball at their own risk. Las Villas Vacations makes no representation regarding the suitability of the mooring system for any particular vessel and assumes no responsibility for damage to boats, equipment, or personal property resulting from its use. Guests remain solely responsible for properly securing, operating, and supervising their vessel at all times.
