Premier beach house, in perfect Up North location! Walk out your backdoor onto one of the best Lake Michigan beaches, or walk 1 minute to Main Street and all the shopping, restaurants, farmers’ market, and other attractions that downtown Frankfort has to offer. This is the perfect setting to explore everything M-22 has to offer - from Arcadia Bluffs, Crystal Lake, Sleeping Bear Dunes to the entire Leelenau Peninsula.

This 2700+ square foot home has an ideal layout and is perfect for families with kids. The first floor has one bedroom and full bathroom, with two additional bedrooms, one full bathroom, and a primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the second floor. The den area also includes a sleeper sofa (queen). A newly updated open kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, with multiple eating areas and multiple large living spaces. Enjoy the best sunsets in the country from either of the lower or upper decks, or inside, from the great room with a full wall of windows. The private backyard opens to one of the best sandy beaches Up North and offers a TON to do, including outdoor games, volleyball, paddle boarding, kite surfing, or just enjoying the fresh Lake Michigan water! Make a lifetime of memories at this not-to-miss Frankfort beach house!

The perfect spot

Process was easy, host was responsive and property was absolutely amazing. Walk out of the front door and you’re downtown, walk out of the back door and you’re at the beach. Vacationing made easy, esp. with kids.

Superb! This beautiful, unique home has a stunning 180 view of Lake Michigan and Frankfort beach. It is spacious, beautifully decorated and appointed and luxuriously comfortable in every way. The owners were easily available and lovely to work with. This was one of the best places we have ever stayed and met our needs perfectly!

We loved our week stay in Frankfort. This house and its location can NOT be beat! Steps from the beach and downtown. Toys in the garage for lots of family fun. A Solo Stove for nightly bonfires while watching the sunset and roasting marshmallows.The inside has space for everyone to stretch out, cook, play games or just find a quiet spot to read a book. The record player was a fun throwback that we all really enjoyed.Beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked for any meals you want to whip up - we used the grill 3 times.We had such a wonderful time making memories - we booked next summer right away!Thank you Ryan & Patty for sharing your home with us.

Our stay in Frankfort was everything we had hoped for and more. Each evening, we were treated to breathtaking sunsets from this beautiful home. The expansive views from both decks, along with the wall of windows in the family room, gave us a front-row seat to the ever-changing scenery.The home was exceptionally well-appointed—we wanted for nothing. Ryan was an outstanding host, with excellent communication before and throughout our stay.The location was another highlight. It was just a five-minute walk to downtown, where we enjoyed charming shops, delicious restaurants, and great places to relax with a drink.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would gladly return.

So very great to wake up to Lake Michigan at your feet. A great house to spend time with the now-adult children... and Frankfort Main Street so close was awesome also.
