The main living areas and balcony look out over the sea and the pool, keeping the Caribbean close throughout the day. Air conditioning and ceiling fans maintain a comfortable temperature, and the patio or balcony draws you outdoors whenever the mood takes you. A BBQ grill is available for relaxed evening meals under the open sky, and a dedicated workspace is on hand for anyone who needs to stay connected.



Sleeping arrangements

The apartment sleeps up to 8 guests across 2 bedrooms and 4 beds. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, and Bedroom 2 also has a double bed, with 2 additional pull-out trundle/nest beds - a practical option for children or extra guests. Bed linens are provided throughout.

A TV, ping pong table, and pool table are available inside, giving the group a range of options for evenings spent in.



Kitchen and dining

Calablanca Residences sits directly on the waterfront of Isla de Barú, with white-sand beaches and clear Caribbean water close at hand. The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex. Playa Blanca is nearby, and Cartagena is approximately 45-60 minutes away by car or boat transfer - giving you easy access to city life whenever you want it. We offer transportation from Cartagena to Calablanca, at an additional cost.

The building includes an elevator, 24-hour building staff, and self check-in for a smooth arrival. Guests have access to shared amenities including a pool and a gym. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge - you only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge. Free parking is available in the on-site garage and on the street, a washer and dryer are on hand for longer stays, and the apartment is pet-friendly.
