We had a great family stay in this 20th-floor condo! The ocean views from the balcony were spectacular, the open-concept kitchen was fully stocked (both pod/pot coffee makers, blender, toaster, and plenty of dishes), and direct beach access was effortless. Visiting after school started back up meant no crowds, so we fully enjoyed the water features—especially the 6ft-deep pool and three hot tubs. The living room couch was super comfortable (my brother slept there over the bed!), and we loved that the host provided pool wristbands, local coupons, and bedroom fans for white noise. The showers were also fantastic with great temperature control and plenty of hooks. Security handled a minor pool disruption professionally.However, a few maintenance items impacted our stay. The beds were quite uncomfortable, the dresser drawers stick badly, and the Wi-Fi password in the welcome packet was outdated. We also ran into TV glitches (lines on screens, missing remotes, non-working cable in the second bedroom, and a bedside light that wouldn't turn on).Building logistics were also tricky: the garage elevator was out of service, lower/handicap parking was packed, and no luggage carts were available at checkout, making transit difficult for my disabled mother.Overall, it’s a wonderful location with great ambiance. While we might look for a slightly upgraded spot next time, we would happily return once these minor fixes are made!
