A charming stone path leads you down to the water, where direct and private lake access awaits. At the shoreline, you’ll find your own private dock with space to tie up a boat, making it easy to spend your days cruising, fishing, or simply soaking up the sun. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the provided paddle boat, perfect for peaceful morning rides across the calm water.



Outdoor living is truly the highlight of this property. Evenings can be spent gathered around the lakeside fire pit, roasting marshmallows and sharing stories as the sun sets over the water. A swinging bench near the dock offers a quiet spot to unwind with a book or morning coffee, while a hammock tucked among the trees invites you to relax in the shade. The covered grill area makes outdoor cooking easy and enjoyable, and the screened-in back patio provides a comfortable space to dine or lounge without worrying about the elements. Just beyond, an open-air patio extends your space for entertaining and enjoying the fresh lake breeze. After a full day on the water, slip into the hot tub with ambient lighting and let the peaceful surroundings melt your stress away. An outdoor shower near the hot tub, perfect rinsing off the lake and relaxing in the hot tub. Plenty of outdoor games including cornhole, bocce ball, footballs and basketballs and a pump for inflating.



Inside, the home features a spacious open floor plan designed for gathering and connection. The large living and dining areas provide plenty of room for everyone to spread out while still feeling together. Whether you’re preparing meals, playing games, or relaxing after a day outdoors, the layout creates an inviting atmosphere for families and groups. Entertainment options abound, including a dome hockey table, dart board, and a selection of card games for friendly competition and memorable game nights.



The home comfortably accommodates guests with four generously sized bedrooms. The primary suite offers a King bed, a private en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower, and a walk-in closet for added convenience and comfort. Each bedroom provides ample space to unwind, ensuring everyone has a restful retreat at the end of the day. The 4th bedroom is above the garage, attached to the home and accessible from inside and has two full beds.



Additional amenities add even more fun and functionality to your stay. The long gravel driveway offers plenty of parking for multiple vehicles, along with a carport that fits one car. A basketball hoop in the driveway, complete with a basketball for guest use, adds another layer of entertainment for guests of all ages.

Getting Around:

Guest Advisory: Lake Murray Winter Drawdown



Dominion Energy and Lake Management have announced plans to draw down Lake Murray this winter to help control aquatic weeds.

The drawdown is scheduled to begin this month, September, 2026, with the lake expected to reach approximately 350 feet MSL by January 1, 2027. The lake will remain at this level until February 1, 2027, after which water levels will gradually rise based on rainfall and inflow conditions.

Guests with fall and early spring reservations should be aware that lake levels will be significantly lower than normal during this period. Many docks may have limited or no water access, making it difficult or impossible for boats to reach the dock.

For reference:

• Typical summer lake level: 6.5 feet (358 MSL)

• Typical winter lake level: 2.5 feet (354 MSL)

• Planned winter drawdown level: 0 feet (350 MSL)

We encourage guests planning to bring a boat to consider these conditions when making their travel plans. Please reach out to us with any questions or for updates on lake levels as the drawdown progresses.

Other Things to Note:

• Home is pet friendly. Please check with hosts before bringing. Picking up after your dog is mandatory. Bring your own dog bags.

• Property treated for pests. Lakes provide habitat for a variety of creatures. The owner is not responsible for wildlife or insects, but please let us know of any issues or unusual occurrences.

• Guests using motorized water toys must adhere to Lake Murray's NO WAKE zones. Close to the docks is a NO WAKE ZONE. If you want to boat, tube, or jet ski, please go into bigger water.

• Children must be supervised by an adult when on the dock, swimming, or using any water toys as needed.

• To provide a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, primary guests must be at least 25 years old to book accommodations with us.

• As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we ensure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate. The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $3,000 for content and $3,000 for dwelling. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair above the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and PMI Palmetto will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest. Additional information about the Safely Protection Policy will be provided upon request.
