Pet Policy
1. Pets are no longer allowed. If you have a current booking that has already been accepted with a pet, that will still be honored. However, if it appears that pets have been present in the home without approval, or if pets have visibly soiled the house, a $150.00 cleaning fee will be charged.
** Service dogs are always welcome **
There is a fireplace located on the premises.
• Please do not use it. It is not currently serviced or safe for operation.
• Any use of the fireplace may result in additional cleaning or damage fees for soot or smoke.
Parking Instructions
The property features a pull-through driveway — perfect for easy entry and exit. Occasionally, the garage door sensor may trip. If the door begins to reopen after closing, stop it immediately and press the button again. This usually resets it.

Had an excellent stay! The house was immaculate, and accurately described, on a quiet pleasant neighborhood street. My family stayed comfortably, had plenty of room, were very comfortable. Brittney, the host , was super prompt and communicative when I had a question and answered right away! I would absolutely stay here again and recommend both this place and this host!

The property was as advertised check-in was easy. Everything was there that we needed. Brittanny did a great job when we had any issues and I would definitely stay there again. It was an excellent experience.
