Welcome to Cozy Ridge Retreat in American Fork, Utah! The home features generous living areas that make it easy to spend time together without ever feeling crowded. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to full family dinners, with ample seating for shared meals and conversation. We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.
Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.
Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am
