Breathtaking Views. Wonderful House. Very Welcoming Host.

The check-in process was smooth and the host was extremely accommodating & was very responsive. The views & sunsets were amazing and we loved that the house was quiet & peaceful in an authentic neighborhood. Our 3 teenagers loved playing pool in the gaming room and swimming in the pool. We found the house most convenient for touring around in North Tenerife.

Everything was perfect

The view is incredible and breath- taking. the pool really great. The house is like described, also many toys available. The host more than helpful, really best service ever. But sometimes lots of airplane- traffic which surprised us. Car really required!

Amazing villa, excellent host

We rented the villa for a week. We picked the villa based on the views and they didn't disappoint. There were lots of terraces to choose from to enjoy the views, plus the infinity pool. The villa was clean and spacious and the pool table was a good addition. A car is needed to get to the shops and restaurants but this didn't bother us. Kadin the host was very helpful and always responded to any requests. It's in a quiet location which is good because all you can hear is the sea.

Week in the villa

Pros: The view was amazing. Very spoilt. El Pris was very cute and very much locals, which was great. Loved the restaurants and bars. Prixlolo was our favourite, very rustic and go with the flow. Doesn’t overcharge so don’t worry and great local wine. Cons: Nothing, but please note airplanes do come over the villa from 7am. But not very noisy but there.

Incredible house in the most stunning location

Pros: The whole house was stunning! Its in a lovely quiet location, and the views are incredible. The pool and balconies get the afternoon sun because the house faces West, which means beautiful sunsets. It has all the amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, air conditioning - only in the master bedroom and games room), and the pool table and bbq were brilliant for an evening in. Supermarkets are only a 10min drive, and Pureto de la Cruz is about 25mins. Cons: There was nothing we didnt enjoy about our stay!

Amazing heated swimming pool Cons: A bit run down swimming pool and swimming pool furniture. Cleaning of the glass by the swimming pool could be better to allow the enjoyment of the amazing view. Cleaning of the living room couches could be better. Would have appreciated air conditioning in the rooms as well as installing insect screen doors. Would recommend adding a bin in the master bedroom.

Pros: Alles. In één woord fantastisch. Ik kan niet benoemen wat ik gemist heb, alles was bij de hand, zowel voor jong en oud. Cons: Helaas hadden wij enigszins last van kakkerlakken, er zaten er een paar in huis, ondanks dat alles dicht was.

Stilvolle Villa in toller Lage – mit außergewöhnlich gutem Gastgeber

Pros: Sehr professioneller, kontaktloser Check-In. Man wird über WhatsApp mit allen Informationen versorgt. Die Lage ist phantastisch, mit guter Erreichbarkeit zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflugszielen – ideal für Erholung und Unternehmungen zugleich. Der Blick auf das Meer und den Teide ist einmalig! Die Villa selbst ist hochwertig ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Besonders der Außenbereich mit mehreren Terrasse und Pool hat uns begeistert – hier konnte man wunderbar entspannen und die Sonne genießen. Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es in der Nähe Bauarbeiten, die für Lärm gesorgt haben. Der Gastgeber hat aber sehr professionell und hilfsbereit reagiert und sich wirklich um unser Wohlbefinden bemüht. Solch einen Service erlebt man selten! Wir haben uns trotz kleiner Einschränkungen ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und würden die Villa jederzeit weiterempfehlen – nicht zuletzt wegen der großartigen Betreuung vor Ort.

Beste Aussicht und tolles Licht bei jedem Wetter

Pros: Die Aussicht ist überragend, eine bessere Aussicht wird man kaum finden. Sehr ruhige Lage. Die Warmwasser Aussendusche mit der Aussicht ist auch ein tolles Erlebnis. Cons: Sauberkeit bei Ankunft war nur mäßig. Die Küche ist eher runtergewirtschaftet. In einem der Bäder zwischenzeitlich penetranter Kanalgeruch. Insgesamt tolles Haus, dem man aber ansieht dass es mehr vermietet als gepflegt wird.

Traumhafte Lage

Pros: Die Lage des Hauses, die Architektur und großen Räumlichkeiten. Der unkomplizierte Check in. Cons: Teilweise hat der Fluglärm gestört, da das Haus in der Einflugschneisse von TFN liegt, jedoch war die Meeresbrandung ebenso laut, so dass ich dies nicht als Mangel bezeichnen möchte. Es sollte jedoch in der Beschreibung darauf hingewiesen werden.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir waren als Familie zu fünft an diesem wunderschönen Ort und haben jede Minute dort genossen! Das Haus selbst ist wunderschön und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Ausblick von jedem Zimmer und den einzelnen Terrassen ist atemberaubend! Check-in und check-out super unkompliziert, ein sehr freundlicher Eigentümer. Wir kommen sehr gern noch einmal wieder!
