Step into historic charm when you book this beautiful bungalow! Sophisticated style and eclectic design elements fill the space to create a zen filled retreat for any worldly traveler. Highlights include a covered porch, high ceilings, french doors, and a spacious backyard. Located between the 12 South and Wedgewood-Houston areas, you'll have the best of Nashville right at your fingertips!
Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay.
This vacation rental features:
Primary Bedroom with a King Bed-Sleeps 2
Guest Bedroom: King bed-Sleeps 2
Common space-Sofa Bed-Sleeps 2
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.
The home is all one level. There is a shower tub/combo in the bathroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.
Parking:
There is street parking available in front of the home.
Neighborhood:
Located smack dab between two incredible Nashville neighborhoods! 12 South is one of the most walkable neighborhoods in Nashville, a shopping destination jam-packed with boutiques featuring local designers and makers. Wedgewood-Houston (or âWeHoâ) neighborhood is a creative hub on the cultural rise with artists and entrepreneurs opening art galleries, studios and workshops, restaurants, distilleries and breweries in the area.
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
