Great location for our family. It was a quiet neighborhood with a kid and dog-friendly brewery walking distance but also minutes driving to Broadway. We had to contact the host to get the building code when we arrived. Otherwise everything was very smooth!

Very well-appointed and lovely condo. Our daughter lives in The Nations so it was the perfect spot for us. The property is located in a secure and safe building. We will book again.

House matched description and was exactly like the photos! Very cozy! Checking in was good once we figured it out. You have to open several different links for different codes and instructions. And then once reading through, it was very generic and not property specific so you had to figure out what actually applied to your location. Was a little worried about parking. Upon booking, it says one parking space but there is not guarantee upon arriving. There is not makings in the lot and filled up quickly. Overall, good place to stay.

This condo is great. I stayed for two weeks waiting on the birth of my grandson. They had everything I needed and other than it being small with little storage for clothing, it was perfect. The communication could not have been better. I highly recommend the Goodnight company!

Good location near the highway for easy access. Check in and out were simple, as well as parking. Upon arrival, we found the previous renter's sock, the smell of weed, and the freezer's ice maker didn't work because it was frozen over (needs more regular maintenance); after airing the place out and rinsing the ice maker, all was well. The main bedroom's mattress is extremely firm and the pillows are soft/squishy, so not comfortable for us personally. We tried the fold out couch and while that futon was more comfortable, it was still a thin futon mattress... Just an FYI in case you prefer different arrangements. We paid for late check out at 2p and got locked out of the location when we left for brunch and came back a bit after 11. Thankfully customer service answered a text after no answer to 2 calls (they were on the line with another customer) and they updated our code, but it would have been nice if our original code was extended as paid for. Overall a decent stay with some minor inconveniences and uncomfortable bedding, but helpful communication with the host.
