Villa Aesthetic View in Cape Coral is a luxurious new build with 265 m² of living space, accommodating up to eight people and boasting a prime location directly on a golf access canal. Thanks to its unique location at a canal intersection, you can enjoy fantastic, sweeping water views and perfect sunsets from the terrace and pool area.

The fully air-conditioned villa welcomes you with four spacious bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable king-size beds, TVs, and four modern bathrooms, ensuring that every guest enjoys privacy and their own personal space. The heart of the home is the open-concept living and dining area, featuring elegant interiors, high-speed Wi-Fi and a cozy sofa that invites you to relax and unwind in the evenings.

For music lovers, a Sonos wireless speaker system has been installed, allowing you to stream your favorite radio stations or personal playlists from your mobile device throughout the house and even in the pool area. The living room TV is additionally equipped with Apple TV for enhanced entertainment options.

The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, offering modern appliances, an original Nespresso machine, and a complete set of cookware and tableware—perfect for enjoyable cooking evenings with family and friends.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boat dock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.
