Delightful home with unique mix of modern updated spaces and charming vintage touches. Large roomy family space for entertaining, we loved it. Close to everything in Maryville. Our host was a delight to work with!

We loved the upstairs loft for the kids! I worried about highway traffic noise but it really wasn’t bad. Host was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Wonderful place to stay. I do have a couple suggestions. I would still like to see a grab bar in the downstairs shower. Also there is a need for better lighting from the driveway up the back stairs. It would be easy to fall and get hurt in the dark.

It was a great house super clean had everything we needed. Plates silverware towels soap shampoo. We were well taken care of.

We loved the house. Two suggestions to make it even better. 1. A grab bar in the shower. 2. A tiny strand in the bathroom as there is no place to set things.

This place was fantastic for what we needed. We stayed a total of 3 nights for a wedding we were attending. It was close to everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable, which is always a huge plus when you stay somewhere else. The biggest downside was some of the cleaning was missed. There was a large dead cricket under the dining room table, tons of cobwebs in the corners of the house with active spiders. Multiple vents were covered in cobwebs. The broom that was left by the door was covered in hair, I couldn't find a vacuum at all and even communicated about needing one to tidy up spots that were missed. No vacuum could be found or provided, luckily the family I was visiting brought one. The amount of spiders was a lot though, some massive wolf ones and others I have no idea. Also, the lock on the back door could not be fully locked by the dead bolt. Not sure if it was the house settling but it wouldn't lock. The host responded quickly and was very accommodating to allow my sister to get ready in the house for the wedding. The lighting in the dining room was perfect to get ready! It was a really comfortable and beautiful house overall though. Just needed a little vacuum and some extra pest control/cleaning up and it would have been perfect!

It is a great house to stay at with kids, we loved having the kids in the loft and it worked out perfectly for them. This is a good house for a large group as well and it is right downtown Maryville so it was quick to get around for our event.

We enjoyed our stay here. Great gathering place for a family reunion. Had a bit of problem getting wi fo and they were having an ant problem z. Could see they were working on controlling that. Overall a positive experience. Would consider it again when in the area.
