Superbe, récemment décoré Marina 3 BR, 2 BA Condo

Magnifiquement style plat / condo (deux bâtiments de l'unité), à un pâté de restaurants Chestnut Street / boutiques (Starbucks, La Marais boulangerie, banque, nettoyeurs, etc. tous à quelques pâtés de maisons). Ce est un endroit calme, entrée privée, fond plat Walk-Up (ami possède le sommet plat). Profitez d'une balade pour des vues spectaculaires sur le pont du Golden Gate de Marina Green ou l'atmosphère du parc verdoyant de la Presidio (Crissy Field avec bord de mer / vues de GGB, "poste principal" avec "Off the Grid" dimanche, musée, YMCA avec piscine etc.) et de Ft. Mason (avec "Off the Grid" vendredi soir, des restaurants, de superbes vues) à seulement quelques pâtés de maisons. Ou mieux encore, utiliser les vélos dans le garage et profiter d'une balade à vélo tranquillement le long du champ Bay / Crissy sans remettre en cause les collines de San Francisco! Funston Park (George Moscone Recreation Center) pâtés de maisons avec le tennis, le basket-ball intérieur et terrain de sport.

Ce caractéristiques immaculées, à deux niveaux appartement 3 chambres ensoleillées (1BR-roi, 1BR-reine, 1BR-Double) / 2 salles de bain (une avec baignoire / douche, Master BR-douche à l'italienne), suite parentale donne sur une belle, ensoleillé, terrasse / cour arrière avec un barbecue, feu de camp et une fontaine (usage exclusif du jardin) et un garage attenant avec un parking pour une voiture. Laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité. Bâtiment a été récemment entièrement rénové avec planchers de bois franc, appareils de cuisine haut de gamme, armoire à vin, d'une télévision à écran plat de 55 "(salle de séjour et la chambre principale, une connexion HDMI), câble avec connexion Internet sans fil. Unité a été nouvellement meublé avec des meubles design, accessoires, literie de luxe, etc.

Nous avons pour politique de ne pas accueillir d’enfants de moins de 6 ans.

Pour les réservations de 30 jours ou plus, un rabais de 10% est appliqué. Ceci inclut les taxes, l'utilisation d'un emplacement de stationnement standard et l'utilisation de trois vélos.

A wonderful location and everything anyone could ever need to experience life in San Francisco. The condo was beautifully furnished, outfitted to make it a perfect home away from home and spotlessly clean and communication was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Nice Place in a Great Location

The apartment was clean and well appointed. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. The location is great. It's a few blocks to the bay and a few blocks from the shops and restaurants on Chestnut.

Great place to stay in SF

We visit San Francisco every year and this is the best condo we have stayed in SF so far. Completely renovated 2-story apartment on a quiet street with a nice garden in the back. Kitchen is well stocked and there is a Safeway nearby in case you want to cook. plenty of towels and blankets. And the best of all - Fort Mason Park is a 5-minute walk away! We will definitely keep this place in mind for our future visits.

The perfect location and home for our holiday family get together. The home was comfortable and beautifully remodeled. Beautiful SF

Wonderful flat. Updated, clean, comfortable and great location. Quick walk to Marina greens, fort mason, chestnut street, union street or fisherman’s wharf. Ideal location with bus stops close if going to Presidio, North Beach or China Town. A favorite part of town for us and felt very lucky yo revisit while staying in such a lovely flat. Would love to come back and would highly recommend .

Excellent and accurate VRBO posting

This was a gorgeous condo that was every bit as nice, or nicer, than the VRBO posting showed. The place is modern, spacious, well furnished, with nice decorations, and a kitchen well stocked with all the materials we needed for cooking. The location in the marina was close to everything. And the host was excellent. Incredibly responsive when we had any sort of questions.

A lovely flat- with a garage!

David’s flat was beautifully appointed, comfortable and well located. The flat had a fully equipped kitchen, high quality linens, good washer and dryer, a lovely backyard, and was very quiet. The complementary bikes were appreciated. David was very responsive with all communication. I would recommend!

David’s place in the Marina District was everything we could’ve asked for and more. Meticulously decorated, super comfortable and impeccably clean. Perfect For Our Needs

A very well-appointed and stylish flat in a good part of the city. Only 15 minutes walk to the Hyde Street Cable Car Terminus, 2 minutes to Great Meadow Park and 10 minutes to Safeway. Less than an hour's drive from SFO, and well-placed for access to the Presidio, Golden Gate Park and Marin County.

Amazing house, wonderful stay

The property was absolutely lovely and as described. The backyard was such a nice outdoor space. I really appreciated the parking, and even used the bikes to ride across the Golden Gate Bridge. Beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was very well furnished and stocked. It was a pleasure working with David. Next time we come to San Francisco, This will be top of our list. The property was perfect! It’s very rare to go to an apartment and the website pictures are exactly what you’ve got. Beautifully decorated and furnished and had everything you need. Great location too! The only negative comment I have about the property were the neighbours upstairs. At times they were so so loud - music, talking even shouting. They also parked in front of the garage so we couldn’t use it and due to the late hour couldn’t ask them to move. Not very considerate of others during our whole stay!

San Francisco trip

David was great from beginning to end. The property was a great location, extremely clean and very safe! David gave great recommendations on food and things to do on the city. The property had everything it promised and then some. I don’t really ever leave reviews but this was one worth reviewing.

We will be back

Very comfortable to come back to the condo/apt after a long day of touring the city and beyond. Great kitchen for cooking meals and the living room and diningroom were laid out to comfortably accommodate a larger group of family and/or friends. The decor is tastefully done. Thank you, David, for making it so easy to navigate your condo and the neighborhood.

Great space!!

Condo and neighborhood were perfect in every way!! More than enough space for the 4 adults and 2 teens living there for a full week. Neighborhood was beautiful and we are already talking about booking our next trip soon. Communication with owner was super easy and he was very responsive. At checkin we noticed a small gas leak from the stove and the owner took care of it expeditiously and even came to the property to meet the technician just in case we were not there .

Master’s Graduation

My family stayed at Dave’s, who was always easy to contact and communicate with, for my daughter’s graduation at USF. I found the property to be nicer than the pictures. So clean, comfortable and fully stocked with everything you’d need. The only downsides I can think of is the downstairs Wi-Fi doesn’t work and the neighbors upstairs will come knocking on your door if you’re too loud.

Thanks Edi for the WIFI heads up, there are 2 networks (upstairs and downstairs) and you have to make sure you are on the correct network. I’m upgrading it so there will only be one network. I guess the neighbor didn’t like a loud party at 2:30 AM-understandable!

Jan and I lived outside of SF in San Mateo Park for almost 30 years before retiring and moving to SF in the beginning of 2019. Before San Mateo we lived in various neighborhoods in SF and always loved the Marina. We also have a property in Sonoma which can be seen at vrbo.com/1461919.

We bought the property with one of our best friends (she has the upper unit, we have the lower unit). We love the beauty of the unit and location. Besides being incredibly convenient to Chestnut Street (one block, bus downtown one-half block), the Presidio, Union Street, Crissy Field, Fort Mason are close by.

Loved the backyard which has been completely fixed up with gas fireplace, propane heater, furniture etc.
