Villa Nicolara is a semi-detached, completely restored old Istrian house with swimming pool situated in a little village near the town of Buzet.
This stunning property is a semi-detached old istrian house converted into a beautiful holiday home, located amidst the peaceful Istrian countryside and is ideal for all those looking for some peace and quiet. The villa can accommodate up to 6 persons. The villa is spread over the ground and the upper floor. On the ground floor you will find a cosy living room with SAT TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a bathroom with shower. The upper floor contains 3 bedrooms, another bathroom with shower and an access to the terrace. The pool is equipped with sun loungers and sun shades and outdoor shower. The villa also has an outdoor dining area with a barbecue.

Urlaub zum runterkommen

Wir waren 14 Tage im Ferienhaus Nicolara und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Super netter Empfang von Jasna und Ihrem Mann mit Wein und kroatischen Köstlichkeiten. Tagsüber haben wir uns am Pool aufgehalten und Abends sind wir in die verschiedenen Dörfer und Städte gefahren. Es wird unbedingt ein Auto benötigt, da Krusvari in der Nähe von Buzet im Innland liegt. Man ist mitten drin im kroatischen Landleben- die Nachbarn sind lieb und grüßen immer, allerdings spricht keiner Englisch. Liebe Grüße auch an die Katzen die es draußen noch gemütlicher gemacht haben. Für uns war dies genau richtig so. Land und Leute sind toll. Jasna hat sich über WhatsApp immer mal wieder erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wer Ruhe braucht und für die Action fahren möchte ist hier genau richtig.

Tolles Haus mit sehr netten Vermietern

Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Das Haus ist in einem ruhigen Dorf zentral in Istrien gelegen. Somit konnten wir ganz Istrien erkunden. Auch in der nahen Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken. Das Haus ist wirklich super und bietet genug Platz. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit draußen unter dem Pavillon zu essen. Die Grillecke haben wir auch öfter genutzt. Der Poolbereich ist auch super und unsere Kids hatten Spaß. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat sich regelmäßig erkundigt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir würden es wieder buchen und können es sehr empfehlen. :-)))
