Brand-new three-room apartment facing south/west. The apartment is located on the first floor and has a separate entrance. It consists of a kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a toilet. TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen/cooking facilities, cooking utensils, dishes, as well as bed linens and towels are provided.



On-site costs: Includes electricity, water, heating, parking for 1 car, bed linens, towels, hair dryer, electric kettle, dishes, cookware, and Wi-Fi. Pets are not allowed.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from 9:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
