Mai Tai est une propriété de 4 chambres située dans la subdivision Dunes de Fort Morgan Road, à Gulf Shores, en Alabama. Mai Tai est situé sur la plage, ce qui signifie qu'il n'y a pas de routes principales à traverser pour se rendre à la plage. La maison a de magnifiques couchers de soleil et une vue sur le golfe depuis les grands porches arriÚre. Nice stay. Convenient to the beach, pool, and Fort Morgan pier. Nice ocean view from each balcony. Enjoyed watching the clouds and storms roll in. Plenty of room for the family to spread out and also nice to gather for playing board games. Enjoyed having an area to keep beach equipment.

Excellent Location

If you are looking for a quieter beach area but still within distance to some great restaurant's this is your place. This area has the beautiful white sandy beaches. We loved that we could rent a tent for the day so we can stay at the beach all day. The house is so close to the beach that it was easy to go back and forth.

Great for family vacations

Mai Tai West was a great choice for our extended family (children and grandchildren). Booking and check in was a breeze. And we have loved vacationing in Fort Morgan for almost 20 years.

Meet in the middle

Our family of 10 plus 2 fur babies live 14 hours apart and this city is 1/2 way between us. The house was plenty big enough and we were very comfortable to celebrate Christmas and we Years! This is our 2nd year for this trip and this accommodation was much nicer than the one that was pet friendly last year. We found everything to be easily accessible and loved the check infrom the property managers.

Quiet community, convenient to the beach.

Location is great, short walk to the beach, short drive to the fort. Great outdoor space, roomy parking. Livingroom is big, kitchen and dining are are a great size. The washer and dryer are small. Lots of sleepy space, the bedrooms are all big. Plenty of closet and storage space. I would stay there again.

Family Vacation

We had a nice stay at the property. It is exactly one block from the beach access. This place is deceptively huge. We were only 4, but this place could comfortable sleep 3xs that. It was clean and has all that you would expect in a beach house.

Magnificent sunsets

We are a group of 8 senior woman who started going to the beach together almost 40 years ago, so we have stayed in a lot of beach properties along the Gulf. This is one of the top places. There were plenty of comfortable beds for everyone and no one had to sleep in a bunk (there aren’t any) or sofa sleeper (there’s one if needed and linens.) Except for the awkward placement of the fridge, the kitchen was more than adequate. We fixed seafood with sides every night. Great view from the big main deck with both sun and shade. Happy hour on the upstairs deck at sunset was the highlight. Perfect view as the sun slipped into the ocean. In November even though we had perfect weather for fall, high 70’s and sunny, it wasn’t warm enough for the pool across the street. We didn’t check out the indoor pool on the property. The onl real drawback that might keep us “girls” in our 70’s & 80’s from renting again is the stairs. 10 years ago we would have booked for next year on the spot. We were particularly pleased with the responsiveness of Prickett Properties for their responsiveness to questions prior and prompt attention to addressing minor issues with lighting.

Family Vacation

House was clean and better than we expected. Close to the beach. Everyone enjoyed including our pets enjoyed our stay very much. Will definitely book again in the future.

Great beach rental

We stayed at Mai Tai Beach house and had a wonderful stay. We had neighbors next door in the duplex and we could not hear a thing. It was a concern of ours with 10 people and 2 dogs that we would be too loud or our neighbors would be loud but that was not the case. We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and plenty of room to sit and eat at meal times. The very bottom storage room and exit door was a nice surprise and we used that the entire time. It was a great spot to put all the beach stuff and sandy shoes. The beach was a very short easy walk. The pools were very close as well. One directly across the street and the other one just a short block away. The community is very dog friendly and it was so great to bring them along on vacation. The beach is dog friendly as well. We would definitely book again!

Amazing Vacation

Mai Tai West was an amazing property that was all we wanted it to be. It was spacious, conveniently located and had all we needed to make our vacation perfect!! The pool was literally out the front door and across the street. Beach access was approximately 60 yards away (definitely within walking distance). We had booked the property for two weeks and wasn't sure we wouldn't be homesick before our booking was over.... NO WAY!! It was difficult to leave!! We cooked every night except one and never had difficulty finding all the cooking utensils/pots/pans/baking sheets that we needed. There was even a large boiling pan for our shrimp boil!! The house was clean and the few small problems that occurred (dishwasher wasn't cleaning dishes and a few other small problems), the property management company addressed immediately, but conveniently for us!! We had seven adults and two children (ages 6 and 3) and the space was exactly what we needed. We definitely plan to be back next year!! :-) Thank you Prickett Properties and Mai Tai owner(s)!!

Great Family Time

We had a great time with our kids and grandkids. We liked the area being gated. Was nice having the pool and beach option. Only bad thing was the kitchen didn’t have many cooking utensils.

Perfect family beach house

This house was perfect for our stay. We had three families with children aging 1-17. There was plenty of space for everyone, the deck was amazing for all the kids to play as well as the two patio tables. The location is absolutely perfect, close to the pool and the beach to where we could walk back and make lunch everyday and not have to worry about packing a big cooler. The neighborhood was great for going on a evening walks and checking out the beach every night for crabs. We are already planning out next years vacation back in the same location! The pictures of the house are old, the house has been updated and looks great.

Beach House

This house was a pleasant surprise. We really enjoyed our time here. The house is more updated than the pictures. The beach access is great and the rental tents on the beach were awesome.

The overall impression of the property was great however there were some issues that had to be resolved. The internet was spotty and the hot tub was not working.
