The Space:

Make the best beach memories in this spacious and family-friendly condo located in Miramar Beach. This vacation home boasts a series of all-new amenities, such as brand-new furniture in the living/dining room and new flooring all throughout the condo. This beachfront getaway has space for a family or friends to spread out and have privacy. The full kitchen equipped with new stainless steel appliances offers everything you will need to prepare delicious meals and snacks. The private balcony is perfect for sipping an evening cocktail or a morning cup of coffee; it also features a convenient outdoor dining area with colorful and comfortable wooden chairs and tables so you can even lunch or dine with a view.



What's nearby:

This condo is located in the Amalfi Coast Resort and offers easy beach access that is just steps from this retreat. Cool off after a day at the beach in the resort-style shared pools. Plenty of local restaurants nearby that offer beachside dining and local seafood. Shop at the Silver Sands Outlet Mall or drive a few miles and shop at the outdoor mall, Destin Commons.



Things to know:

BUILDING CONSTRUCTION: Starting September 1, 2025 - April 29, 2026, the balconies will be undergoing renovations.

The project will be phased out in the four buildings. During the course of painting/repairs, there will be construction noise and inaccessibility to parts of the building and balcony. Construction will be scheduled 6 days a week. There could be weather delays during construction.

Mother/daughter get away

This was one of our favorite places we have rented. The condo was extremely spacious and very nice. We loved the balcony and the views. The access to restaurants and shops was awesome!! We definitely plan to go back!!

Ft Walton Food and Wine Festival

Four of us came for the festival and it was a great location for that. We booked because of the location and the fact that it had 2 king beds. That’s hard to find! The pool was great as well as access to the beach.

The condo was immaculate and everything looked brand new in it. Really nice upgraded condo. Easy beach access and 2 beautiful pools (plenty of chairs to use at the pool). Definitely felt like I was in Heaven on Earth! Loved everything.

Beautiful place to spend a great time with your family!

The only thing I thought you can improve is the internet speed, because that was really slow, I can't download any apps, watch Netflix, and you could also improve the TV's.

Wonderful getaway

This was the perfect place to stay. The beach is easily accessible. There are beach chairs to use in case you do not want to rent them on the beach for the day. The pool is clean. Security is top notch. Security does check armbands at the pool and park passes that go into the car during your stay. Very peaceful come 9-10pm. The only complaint I have about this place is the bedroom furniture is dated and the mattresses could be replaced but overall wonderful place to stay and I plan to book again.

Loved it!

The condo was cleaned and came with more space that we initially thought. Loved how close we were to the beach, within walking distance. When we had an access issue upon arriving, we were able to quickly get ahold of the property management team and they were able to quickly resolve the issue. My family and I are already in the process of booking this condo again! We shall be back!

Wonderful location, Disappointing Interior

While the location was amazing, the unit itself could use some maintenance and updating.It wasn’t cleaned well, dog hair was everywhere, and all of the furniture was either broken or completely worn out. Overall, the property was beautiful, location was great, but the interior left much to be desired, which is not what was expected from the photos and description.

Great location

Nice property but VERY dated and uncomfortable furnishings. Beds were good but the rest of the furniture was very uncomfortable. While there were a lot of stools on the balcony, there were zero chairs. Stools are fine for kids but as an older adult, they were inadequate. Loved the location, we’ve stayed at Amalfi Coast several times and will continue to stay there, only not in this unit.

Location is amazing

The location of the property is great. Right across the street from the entrance to the beach. The property was good. It's a little dated but the cleanliness was good. The only issue was the couch. It had springs and you could clearly feel them. Someone before must had had issues with it. Thank goodness we didnt have anyone that was sleeping on it. The elevator also has some issues. I started getting more nervous everytime we rode in it. I would definitely get that checked out. Our overall experience was that we would rent this again. It was a great time!
