Everything was in good condition. The view was amazing! There was lots of construction still but there was notice about this on the website. Would come again!

The unit itself was beautiful, great views of beach and pool areas. The unit did not provide any beach towels or chairs. We had to go buy them. They did have chair/umbrella rentals available but no towels. The construction was supposed to be completed by the spring. That was not the case. When they said 8am to 4pm they were not lying. We arrived very late about 4am and were woken up with construction at 8am. That was not pleasant.

Everything was exactly what it was described to be online. View was breathtaking, rooms were nice and clean. The resort itself was very nice. Super easy check in and check out. Can't wait to come back!!

Beach Stay

The condo was great, we enjoyed the views and the area as well as the hotels 2 pools. The only thing I didn't love was no early check in. We had to kill time and wait around until exactly 4 when we had driven all night and we're tired. Other than that it was great! I would have loved to spend more time there.

Sundestin Beach Resort 1810

This is a very nice and centrally located condo with nice amenities. It was clean and comfortable for my family of 4. The AC unit on the porch pooled water on the patio which was less than desirable and while we enjoyed the condo, its location next to the elevators was not ideal as it was quite noisy on both Friday and Saturday evenings as other guest took in all of Destin.

Amazing beachfront property on the top floor

This vacation home was great for my family of five. All amenities as described and I love they had a restaurant, a store, a gym, all located on the lobby level. My favorite about this place was the top floor view facing the gulf and how easy it was to access the beach. It was nice to be able to bring my canopy on the beach because they don’t allow umbrellas. My only complaint was the main bedroom bed was too soft and it would sink or dip and caused my back to ache some in the morning so I ended up using the sofa bed which was much more comfortable. Other than that it was amazing especially for what we paid.

Clean and beautiful view

First thing we noticed of course was the perfect view, secondly, the unit was as clean as our home is. Only thing we missed was ice. The ice maker in the freezer was turned off, so we didn't have ice for 24 hours. That was the only issue we had. The furniture was comfortable, the remotes for the TV confusing, the kitchen very well stocked.

Hello Nancy, thank you for your review. The ice bin is emptied upon each cleaning so guests are sure to have clean, fresh ice for their stay. It only takes. few minutes for new ice to form as the freezer is set at the appropriate temperature of 0. Great place at a great price

Had a great stay at Sun Destin. The condo was very clean and great views from the balcony. The chairs on the balcony were a bit wobbly kind of really sending them comfortably without almost falling out. The check-in time of 4pm is a bit to late I believe. And I stood in line a good while. They only had two people doing check in, that were so slow with two huge lines of people. Other employees that I believe could have helped speed up the process just wandered around not even trying to help. And the restaurant located inside needs to have later hours. But overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others.

Cozy place but a tad too Small

The location for this apartment complex is great close to many amenities, shops, stores and restaurants. The beach was excellent and access to it was very easy and close. The building was clean although the indoor pool needs more TLC as it was dirty with hairs all over the place. The restaurant and bar on site were really good although a little pricey. Parking is a hit or miss since there's construction onsite and many parking spots are blocked. The apartment unit generally was cozy but too small for a party of 4 or more people as the storage is very limited so consider packing light. They do not provide beach towels and also this unit is listed with washer and dryer which is NOT true. There's a shared laundry facility right in front of the apartment which is coin operated. They do not provide any condiments as other VRBO properties do (oil, salt, pepper, etc.) Overall the stay was pleasant but we may consider a different unit for future stays.
