The Space:

This bright condo is within a short drive of Destin's top attractions but is also situated within a vacation destination of its own, Sandpiper Cove. Take in the view of the lush green landscaping from the high-top bistro table for two on your covered balcony.



When you're ready for a meal break, head over to the on-site restaurant located right on the harbor and featuring beautiful views. If you prefer to dine in, your vacation rental has a full kitchen with gleaming white countertops. Prepare one of your favorites and enjoy it at the sunny kitchen table with seating for four. The home's entire interior is beautifully decorated in a calming color palette with a tasteful coastal theme and stylish furnishings.



A short walk will bring you to one of the sparkling shared pools and hot tubs; bask on a lounge chair in the sun when you're ready to dry off. Look no further than the complex's private beach if you're here for the Gulf's infamous emerald-green waters. The provided surfboard and boogie board will add adventure to your visit. Guests of this home will also have access to other resort-style amenities such as a golf course and tennis courts.

Great Location with LOTS to do.

We had an issue with the bathroom sink clogging up but other than that it was easy peasy. Great location, close beach access, cool activities on site and close by. Will likely choose this area again in the future.

The location of this condo is amazing. The amenities that you get along with the cute little stay is great. Very safe as well.

The condo was exactly as the listing, clean and decorated very beachy. The beach is a long walk or a short car ride with a nice private beach and parking. The pool is right around the corner. There are lots of restaurants nearby but our favorite was The Sand Flea Bar at the private beach.

A lovely trip

I took my two daughters for a beach trip weekend and we had the best time! The house was very clean and neat and was perfect for the three of us and our dog!

Nice area especially with pets. If you don't want high rises, it is nice two story with grass. It is farthest part of complex from beach. Problems with toilet not filling, needs to be repaired. WiFi password didn't work, someone has reset modem to default. No cable tv, but we used our YouTube tv account.

This place was wonderful. Don’t believe the reviews about the carpet, it’s brand new and it’s only in the bedroom. Great mattress too. Location was wonderful. What else could you possibly need?

Quiet and Clean

Me and my husband really enjoyed our 2 night stay at this property. I selected it for its closeness to the beach (with private access) and the fact that this was only a 2 story building. I don’t like the high rises that require elevator rides to get to the ground floor and the beach. The unit was neat and clean with balcony seating overlooking a tiny golf course. Check in was all automated and super straightforward. If you don’t need gulf views and lots of luxury, look no further. I will definitely come again!!

Great time!

The place was really nice and very convenient in getting to the beach and other places. Our family enjoyed our stay. The only issue we encountered was during checking in, it took sometime for us to open the door as the key code would not work at first. But they were communicating the whole time and quick to respond. House is clean and neat, great host! Thanks!

Inside very well done . Outside needs help ! Would have helped me if very early on in the reservation process that the prospective renter would have been alerted that this was a second story walk up

Cozy, convenient

Very nice. Unit was tastefully decorated. Kitchen is very clean and functional. I would stay here again. Recommend to owners to replace bedroom carpet. Nasty. Consider a laminate. Silly to have carpet near a sandy beach. And laminate is so much easier to maintain, particularly if you are advertising "pet friendly ". Also, consider replacing window blinds in living room. Appear to be damaged.

Great property. Excellent condition. Great location and private beach. Plenty of places to eat and shop. We are actually interested in trying to purchase one of these condos or something like it nearby. The one thing that I didn’t like was that the day before we traveled I read the policies that were sent to me. “Dog Friendly Condo” was the entire reason I booked this stay. I booked this property so I could bring my two dogs with me. The policy stated that clients may only bring one dog, which was not specified in the original ad that I saw. Furthermore, there was a weight limit of 30 pounds, that is definitely not anywhere to be found on the ad that I went through. I have a 100lb lab and a 60lb doodle, so I had to locate a boarding facility nearby and board my dogs.

The condo worked well for our family of four. It was clean and we were happy overall. The unit is located farther from the beach than we expected, but there was plenty of resident parking in the beach lot. The private beach front access was a great, and the snack bar and restrooms were very convenient. We were also disappointed that there was not a provided surf board and boogie board as described in the listing. When I inquired about them, I was told they are not included, and to purchase one from the nearby Target or local shop. I hope they correct their listing description. However they did provide tennis rackets and balls, golf clubs and balls, and other beach related items. The rest of the resort amenities and pool were walkable. The overall location was conveniently located near the Destin board walk, restaurants, and attractions.
