Mattresses and pillows were terrible, like neck and back pain terrible. Place was cleaned ok. We did find other people's snack trash under the bed. One of the bathroom cabinets was off the hinge so it made it awkward when getting towels. It was hard to see out the sliding glass window for the ocean view because it was clear the glass hadn't been wiped down in a long time. It made it have a blurry ocean view. The tracks for the sliding door were really dirty as well. Porch outlet didn't work. It was an okay stay. The convenience to the beach and the ocean view from the deck was great. It was also nice we didn't have to book a whole week like a lot of the properties down there during this time of year.

That’s not the standard we strive for, and we will address this with our cleaning team to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Extremely disappointing stay and absolutely not worth the nearly $900 we paid. We encountered roaches, the HVAC did not work properly, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The townhome was so hot that we barely slept for two nights—and when we could sleep, the uncomfortable beds certainly didn’t help. We contacted management about the A/C and were told they would bring us fans. The fans NEVER came. An HVAC technician was eventually sent around 2:00 p.m., forcing us to waste a significant portion of an entire vacation day waiting around and dealing with a maintenance issue instead of enjoying the beach. I understand that mechanical problems happen. What is unacceptable is promising guests temporary relief and never following through, expecting them to sacrifice vacation time for repairs, and then offering only $115 in credit on an approximately $900 stay. Between the roaches, unbearable heat, uncomfortable beds, two sleepless nights, broken promises, and lost vacation time, this stay was miserable. Had we known any of this beforehand, we NEVER would have booked this property. A $115 credit does not come close to fairly addressing the experience we had. For this price, guests should expect a clean, comfortable, functional place to stay. Unfortunately, that was not what we received. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property.
