The Space:

Waterscape A422 is a gorgeously decorated, condo boasting lovely views of the property's pool area and stunning peaks of the Gulf waters. This spacious condo accommodates up to six guests comfortably, with a king bed in the bedroom, a queen sofa bed in the living area, along with a twin bunk bed nestled in the separate bunk area, ideal for children. Upon entering, you will find a short hallway on your left, leading to the bunk area as well as a guest bathroom, complete with a single vanity as well as a spacious walk-in shower. There is also a stackable washer/dryer combination in the hall area as well, allowing you and your loved ones to pack lightly and leave plenty of room for souvenirs. You will find the well-equipped kitchen immediately on your right, boasting gorgeous granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, along with plenty of storage space and all utensils, appliances, and cookware to create your favorite meals while on vacation. The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, allowing for plenty of room to spread out. The large dining table provides the perfect seating arrangement for a family meal. Step into the inviting living area, boasting beautiful matching furnishings and décor, along with a large TV and DVD player. Relax and unwind in the evening with a family movie night, after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach or exploring all that Okaloosa Island has to offer.

Beach service is included from March to October.





All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access
